Not Part of Mantra
This turned out to be a private apartment that is not part of the Mantra organisation. We had to use a property management company several kms from the place as our "reception desk" which was quite inconvenient. I wonder if they had ever been near the apartment. The apartment fittings were basic, sparse and old, except for the TV. Both the kitchen exhaust fan and overhead light were unserviceable, but not repaired (or even visited) in the two weeks we were there. The management company, however, did supply two items that we complained were advertised as present. However, we bought a few kitchen items so we could cool effectively. The apartment is a very long walk from the car park so people with a disability should find somewhere else. Beach access is impossible since the cyclone in June 2025 except for the young or very agile. However, there is a great pool very close to the apartment. The balcony is attractive and sunny, facing NE. If beach access was repaired, we would stay at the Mantra Salt Village again, but not in any private property that is "managed" from elsewhere like this one.

Very comfortable room however it*s distance from carpark lift was very inconvenient for someone with a walking disability.
Great venue with lots of eating options
Great access to beach and Uber rides as required
Room was neat and tidy
Used free tennis courts which was a bonus
