We loved our stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Location was close to everything, Cole's etc and just a walk to the beach. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Thanks
The property is very centrally located and is very convenient to shops and restaurants. It was quiet and well planned out. The outside area is delightful - it was so nice to look out at the garden. The property is light and airy, well-equipped and very comfortable.
We were so lucky to find this property for our daughter’s wedding at Osteria across the road…. Wonderfully convenient (clean and with all amenities). The only downside is the security lights on at night, and the early start at the gym across the road.
Great Location next to the Osteria Wedding Venue, Coffe shop 50 metres away for morning coffee. Coles very close.
Suited our use perfectly.

AMAZING
Property was in a fantastic location. Very clean and well kept. Lots of small touches including basic condiments (which was so helpful on a short stay). Owner is easy to deal with. Highly recommend 10/10
Great little ground floor unit with garden outlook
The unit was plenty enough space for me, husband and father for our stay over xmas. It had everything we needed for our stay to cook for ourselves, do laundry, etc. The living room opens right out onto the leafy garden and there's a table to eat on the patio. It's only 5 minutes walk up to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the supermarket (Coles). The beach here is unpatrolled (and therefore it's very peaceful and uncrowded with a long stretch for running/walking/contemplating life). It's only a very short drive to Kingscliff or Cabarita for shops/restaurants/patrolled beaches.
Our stay in the unit was quite enjoyable. It was a central location to our family in Kingscliff, so we enjoyed the proximity to the walking paths and to the beach.
Our main bedroom was very quiet with a wonderful view of the back garden with it's lush vegetation.
As my elderly mother in law was staying in the front small bedroom, she found the early morning (5.30am) noise and music coming from the boxing gym opposite, very intrusive and incredibly noisy. There was absolutely no chance of sleeping in or resting in the room until after lunch, which my Mum would have chosen to do.
The only other little issues were the lack of washing up detergent and there was no aluminium foil, cling wrap or baking paper available for utilising in the kitchen.
It was a very clean and functional little unit which catered for our social needs. We frequented the local coffee cafe, the Mexican restaurant and the swimming pool.
The property was lovely & clean & comfortable with a fabulous Cafe for our morning coffee close by.
The second bedroom would probably suit small children with small bags rather than adults with adult bags.
The apartment was well equiped with everything you need. Short stroll to the beach and park area just out the back door. Mark and Bev were great hosts and really quick when communicating. There is a pool right across the road which we made use of with the kids.
