The location is amazing, the condo is clean with plenty of supplies, and the bath run is huge and luxurious. Perfect for a family ski/board getaway.

We are delighted this home was an excellent fit for your family's getaway, and we hope to welcome you back soon. Thank you for choosing Natural Retreats.
Great place as well as the location within Northstar Resort. Walking distance to everything at the resort as well as super close access from the parking garage to the room. The room was great for my family but the only thing that seemed a bit scary was the bunkbed in the second room. The bunkbed was not firm meaning that it would sway very easily but thankfully my twin daughters slept on them and they are tiny. I wouldn't have allowed my teenage sons to stay in there.
Overall we loved the location and honestly it felt like out home away from home. Thank you for our little family getaway and we will definitely come back.

Hi Carlos. We're so pleased to hear that you and your family had a wonderful stay with us at Iron Horse Lodge North 203! Your feedback is important to us, and we've relayed your comments about the bunkbed to our onsite team. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to see you back in the future!
We had a great trip to North Star. The location is ideal - we could walk easily to the gondola & ski right back down into the village. We have 3 small kids & the condo was perfect for us. It was spacious & clean. Parking is convenient, there is elevator access, luggage carts, laundry, & a ski locker! We never left the property after grocery shopping our first day. After a day of skiing, we could soak in a hot tub nearby & then sit by fire & relax in the unit. This location is ideal for anyone who wants a comfortable, easy ski vacation especially with kids.
Communication from the property manager was timely & helpful. We hope to stay again next year!

Thans for your review, Kerry. We're thrilled to hear that you and your family had a wonderful stay at Iron Horse Lodge North 203, and that you found it perfectly located, well-appointed, and our team helpful. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to see you back again soon!
We had a nice 3 night stay. Property itself met expectation but there were very limited services within the Northstar village. Not many of the restaurants were open at all due to the storm, surprising for a ski resort who relies on snow storms for business. Additionally our key card was not functioning one evening and we were passed around to various phone contacts and ultimately were locked outside in freezing temperatures for 2 hrs.

Hi, Greg. We are delighted you enjoyed the property and apologize for the difficulty checking in. We have shared your feedback with the resort and hope to provide you with a better Northstar experience soon.
This was a really great condo. Better quality finishes than most village condos (eg marble kitchen counter), and very thoughtfully decorated. Condo had board games, cards and Alexa, which the kids found super entertaining. The heating via two Nest thermostats worked great. The location in Iron Horse North was awesome - the elevator going to floor 1 lets you out at the backside of Rubicon and to floor 0 puts you right next to Copper Lanes Provisions. Natural Retreats, the property management company, in conjunction with the local front desk at East West Hospitality, were great - they were very flexible when it looked like we may have to stay later than check out time because of the weather. The only negative thing I have to say about the stay is that the backup-beeping sound of snow plows plowing the parking lot/roundabout at 3 am woke us up two of the six nights of our stay, but it is what it is. Highly recommend and I would definitely be happy staying here again.
