The home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests and is perfect for your family or small group trip!

This open concept split ranch home features a large kitchen and living room area with vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace. The four season room has cathedral ceilings with a ton of windows giving you a perfect view of nature from the comfort of the home. The roomy kitchen is well stocked, comes with full size appliances including a dishwasher and opens up to the dining and living rooms. The adjacent dining area has a table with seating for 6, along with additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. The home offers complimentary premium WiFi for your convenience.

The peaceful master bedroom has a king size bed and TV, and has its own private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms both have queen size beds. There is a shared bathroom right down the hall, as well as a large utility room with washer and dryer. The garage is currently not included with rental of the home.

Serenity Now is within walking distance to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Although this home is not pet friendly, please be advised when the homeowners visit the home, they may bring their pet(s) (dog). Home sleeps maximum of 8, rates based on 6 people over the age of 3. Holidays require $250 Security Deposit.
