This brand new, 6 bedroom home is the latest addition to Spring Brook's vacation home community. Enjoy all the conveniences of home while on vacation in the Dells! Indulge in the resort amenities or take advantage of the home's many outdoor features such as a large deck, a gas grill and a campfire ring located just steps from the home. Oakbrook Paradise sleeps a maximum of 18 guests.

The main level of the home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom suite is furnished with a king size bed and a TV. The master bathroom has a cozy soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The remaining main level bedrooms come equipped with TVs and queen size beds. Dinner time is a breeze in this fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, table and additional seating at the counter. Enjoy your family meals in the adjacent dining room. After dinner, retire to the great room living area complete with an electric fireplace, 2 queen sofa sleepers and a mounted TV.

Guests will appreciate the lower level for the movie theater which features an 85" Flat LED TV with surround sound, game room featuring a pool table, a wet bar with a fridge, and 3 additional bedrooms along with 2 full bathrooms. The three bedrooms all have TVs; 2 have king beds and 1 has a queen bed. There is a queen size sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests in the living room. Premium Wireless internet and cable is provided throughout the home. This home is not pet friendly.
A large laundry room with washer and dryer are included for your convenience. The house is a short drive to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop.

Home sleeps maximum of 18, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

The property was great and! Much bigger than it looks on the outside. Our group of 15 had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The host was very attentive and responds quickly. We would stay here again!

The house was great for our family of 12, ranging in age from 80 to 13. It was clean with lots of amenities, such as the games, home theater, etc. which were enjoyed by everyone. The management was quick to answer our questions and bring over the few things that were missingOne suggestion would be to provide some things that we needed to bring ourselves, I.e. kitchen sponges, shampoo, dish towels, and other items that would be inexpensive to supply. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would come back again

Great vacation house

We stayed with our kids and their families. Grandkids were 11, 6 and 3. We loved the closeness to the Wisconsin Dells. The community pool was wonderful. We had a couple questions for the management and they were very responsive. We would highly recommend.

This was a wonderful, well equipped home. Our kids ranging from 3-10 all loved the pool. The basement games and theater were great, and 6 members of our party enjoyed the sauna.

Large family getaway

Bachelor party

Stayed for my brother’s bachelor party 16 guys with plenty of space and entertainment in the house. Would be even better in the summer with the outdoor space!

Becky's Beautiful Place

There were 11 of us staying at Becky's place and we all had mega space. The bedrooms were cozy. There was plenty if recreational room, lots of tv's a beautiful billiard room and my favorite was the theater room. Every utensil needed for cooking and eating was there. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home with all the amenities!

This house is a beautiful home. It’s bigger than it appears from the outside. The kitchen has all the supplies you need and more. Basement was full of games for the kids and the movie theater was a hit! Great location. Property Manager was very detailed in the info we needed and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home for a large family! The rooms were spacious, lots of areas for relaxing, eating, and games. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Property management was extremely responsive and helpful. There were so many things to do on the property, at the resort and the entire area. Only two "negatives"-- the interior of the home is not well insulated and conversations could be heard through walls and even floors/ceilings, and the bath towels were sub par. We've stayed in many hotels and rental homes so were quite disappointed in how coarse they were. And it wasn't just a few of them--it was all of them in every bathroom. Some felt so scratchy it was hard to even use them. For the rental price of this home, a little softer/thicker bath towels would have been nice.
