This waterfront vacation home has magnificent views from every angle, with four bedrooms, this sophisticated contemporary home is perfectly appointed and close to the charming town center of Chatham and glorious beaches. A fabulous master bedroom has a dramatic all marble private bathroom. There is a media room in the finished basement for late night movie watching or rainy-day fun. Just a short distance from the beach, fisherman pier and Chatham Bars Inn. applicable taxes and **** Firepit NOT for use due to owners' insurance.
HOME amenities hot tub, outdoor shower, gas grill, beach towels, beach chairs, K cup all linens included starter supply of items for stay.
Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Birthday present to sibling

This was for my sister’s birthday. She has moved from NY to Massachusetts and I arranged for friends from her old neighborhood to stay with us. Everyone had a wonderful time even though the weather didn’t cooperate. The sunrise from the patio were spectacular.

Enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer

From the moment you walk in the door you will think I never want to leave. From the beautiful home and patio area, the stunning views, the short walk to the beach and close proximity to all of Cape Cod this home has it all. Everything in it screams luxury yet it is so welcoming. A wonderful place to create memories. You will want to come back every year.

Perfect, family friendly stay in Chatham

Ideally situated on Shore Road and a fun walk/short drive from downtown Chatham main street. Amazing views of the ocean and overlooking the fish pier where we bought fresh seafood and vegetables! The family loved the pool and we grilled out every night. The kitchen is great for the chefs in the family and there was a ton of room for the whole family to eat at the table or bar. All in all we had a great time and it was a perfect home base to come back to after days spent shopping or at the beach. I fully recommend this Shore Road home to any family looking for a comfortable and family friendly Chatham home.

Amazing Location and Views!!

We stayed here this past summer while visiting family on the Cape. This house was amazing. It is the perfect location. It's right on the water. You can watch the sea lions and other wild life right from your balcony and back patio! It was great having pool right at home! Also the beach and popular fish market is walking distance. It was so fun to see the fisherman come in with their fresh catch and watch the sea lions begging for fish all around the boats as they unloaded. You can walk, bike or drive to downtown Chatham to visit the great shops and wonderful restaurants. The house itself is beautiful, clean and has beautiful views from all rooms! The owner is wonderful to work with and made our stay extra pleasant with all she provides. I plan on staying here on our next visit and would highly recommend this home to anyone I know!

Spectacular Chatham home with views and pool

I have been renting this home for 3 years now. It is super clean and well stocked. This is a high end Luxury rental home within walking distance to beach, Chatham Bars Inn and Main St. There is a heated pool and hot tub and the views are amazing.
