Sleeping arrangements include 2 Double beds, 2 single bunk beds, 2 single beds, 1 single fold out bed. One bathroom upstairs. Outside shower and outdoor toilet downstairs. Spectacular views of the Nambucca River and Pacific Ocean. You could not ask for more!

Good size BBQ provided with second fire BBQ at the rear, laundry, ample off street parking also, walk to the tavern, beach, rainforest, tennis courts and town. 35 kilometres from Coffs Harbour. Crimsafe screens on all doors provide extra security.

NB:
- Weekly bookings only during school holidays
- 3 night minimum bookings during off peak seasons
- Strictly NO PETS allowed at property.
- LINEN/TOWELS INCLUDED,
- Toiletries are NOT provided, please bring your own products, for example soap, shampoo, spare toilet paper etc.

great views. Inaccurate advertising - no a/c or even heater- no access to rear of property meaning had to go through house to access outdoor tap. too much very old furniture in bedrooms. Broken washing machine, damaged dishwasher, ash-filled fireplace. We felt unwelcome until we complained and heard nothing from the agency after one futile visit from a washing machine mechanic.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location, property has some period charm and history. The property needs a deep clean as cleanliness was superficial at best. The lounges, chairs etc. need to be replaced as they were mouldy. Overall Nambucca is an excellent spot - the property was uncomfortable. The changes needed are really very simple and we’d encourage ownership to make the modest investment in time and money.

House was clean and well looked after, the kitchen had everything you need and the wood burning fireplace was great too. Absolutely amazing views off the balcony, great spot to have breakfast and watch the world go by. It's in an awesome location too, walking distance to the V wall and shops. Will be back for sure.
