Only a couple concerns with cleanliness, but everything else was great. The kids and the adults enjoyed the game room. The rooms and beds were comfortable and enough room to roam for our group. The hot tub needed cleaned or water changed out and carpet needed a better vacuuming as there was pet hair.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are glad to hear that both the kids and adults enjoyed the game room and that the space was comfortable for your group.
We appreciate you pointing out the cleanliness concerns. We will share this with our housekeeping team, especially regarding the hot tub and carpet, so it can be addressed right away and improved for future guests.
Thank you again for staying with us. We would love to host you again.
The house had plenty of room. As other guests mentioned, it was near a freeway and noisy. The yard and hot tub were nice. Communication from the host was frequent.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the spaciousness of the home, as well as the yard and hot tub during your stay.
We also appreciate you mentioning the nearby freeway. As noted in the listing description, the home is located near a major highway, and some traffic noise may be audible. To help make guests more comfortable, we do provide complimentary earplugs as well.
It’s great to know that our communication was helpful throughout your stay. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
The host was very attentive and would text back fast. The hot tub was great on a cool night and the King size bed in the master was very comfortable. The noise outside was a little loud, but the earplugs helped get a restful sleep.

Great Time with Grandkids
The floorplan of this home was perfect for hosting our grands- and greats-. Easily sleeps 10. Big comfortable beds. The play room was great for entertaining energetic kids. Even in the cool weather, maybe because of it, the hot tub was a treat. We'll be back!

Had a great stay. We were there for my graduation with 8 of our family attending. The hot tub, ping pong and pool tables were a hit.

Great house!
We had a family reunion at this house and it was perfect! The long private driveway made parking easy, and the garage playroom was a great bonus. The home had plenty of space for all of us, and everything worked out wonderfully.

Management really needs to get a new cleaning service. This property needs a really good deep cleaning and yard/hot tub upkeep. The kitchen sink strainer was gross with leftover food pieces left in it and the soap dish was disgusting. The couch cushions were so dirty we had to keep them off the couch. Rug in the living room was really dirty as well. Window sills were gross throughout the house. Ants in the master bath shower and the shelving unit in the master closet needed a good wipe down. Back patio and yard needed a good cleaning. We could not sit outside since the patio furniture was really dirty and really loud due to freeway noise. Weeds throughout the backyard and front door landscaping. Hot tub was unusable since the water needed to be changed/cleaned and treated. If you are going to advertise the hot tub please have regular maintenance done on it or leave it out of the description. The front door has a safety issue: it hits up against the stair banister and my husband got his finger injured. We texted the management company right after checking in to let them know we were not satisfied and they did offer for housekeeping to come but we declined. Plus side lots of rooms with king beds that were comfy, lots of parking and a fun game room, not much else. Would have switched houses if we were able to, but since it was a holiday weekend all were taken.
While this property was nice, the host company was horrible. During our stay the smoke alarm began to chirp which I figured was from a bad battery. I contacted the host company via text and they said someone would be out the next morning to fix it. I told them that the chirping could be heard from the bedrooms located upstairs and that there was only one smoke alarm on the first floor. They asked me to unplug the smoke detector and remove the battery. There was no ladder in the home, but I was able to reach it by climbing on a counter stool. I told them that there was only one smoke alarm on the first floor. They repeated that someone would be out the next morning to fix it. I expressed my concern for our safety. The host company did not reply again that evening. Needless to say, I did not sleep well that night. The next morning I received a text saying that someone would be there to fix the smoke alarm. No one ever showed up. On our way out of the house my mother tripped over a battery that was left on the porch floor. I guess they expected us to climb back up on stool and change it ourselves. When we returned later that evening, the smoke alarm was chirping again. I texted the host company and they did not respond. The host company showed absolutely no regard for our safety and obviously don't care about their own liability. I spent over 1400 for a two night stay and slept poorly both nights. I strongly suggest the homeowner find another company to manage their property!
We had a great time visiting our family and friends and the home was clean and accommodating to a large group. Everyone had space and the game room was a big hit. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again next time.
We were attending a nieces wedding in downtown Portland. The locations was easy access to the freeways. The home is very comfortable and roomy. We would definitely stay here again if we need a home in this area.
Convenient location for visiting family in Camas. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the foos ball, ping pong & pool table. Great gathering spot for family in the area to visit!
We enjoyed our stay. 4 adults and 2 children easily fit in this large home. We found it last minute after our other reservation cancelled on us, so we were grateful to have stayed here instead. We cooked, bbq’d, enjoyed the game room, and found the beds comfortable.
Ten of us stayed here for a football clinic near the airport. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of spaces to meet and discuss and great areas to unwind and relax. Super communicative and very clean. Would highly recommend.
Great place to stay! Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and how everything was just 15 minutes away. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Definitely will recommend to friends and family in the future.
The home was great. We enjoyed the game room and having two family rooms to be at. It was nice to be so close to the nearby park with a beautiful walk along the river.
