Great stay

We had a great time. The house was exactly as pictured, incredibly close to downtown, and very comfortable. They had nice towels and linens, which is not always the case in these properties. I would definitely stay there again.

Nicely updated mill house in quiet neighborhood only 10 minutes to downtown greenville. Comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen with full fridge and gas stove. Off street parking for 2 cars and alarm system adds to feeling of safety. Would definitely stay again.

Even better in person! Loved the decor, comfy and everything was easy. Location was great for us, close to downtown Greenville, attended a wedding due north about 45 minutes, and zipped over to Clemson to visit with friends. Enjoyed our stay in Greenville and this beauty was icing in the cake!

Quaint & Cozy

The property was perfect for our little getaway! It was clean and cozy and made us feel right at home. It had everything we needed, allowing us to cook and rest while we were there. The owners have the necessities taken care of and placed small touches throughout the home to make you feel welcomed yet "at home". This has been one of our favorite places we've stayed, it was absolutely adorable!

Cute, clean and cozy

We loved this house! The kitchen is updated and stylish and opens into the living room, which is very comfortable and cozy. Having the covered parking is great, and it’s an easy 10-minute drive to downtown Greenville. The hosts left several thoughtful touches, like a locally-made candle and water bottles and tail mix. We would love to go back!

Beautiful home!

I needed a place to stay while in Greenville for a wedding. This home was absolutely adorable!!! The pictures online were completely accurate and the home felt like “home” for my few days stay. The home sits in a cute historic neighborhood and extremely close to downtown Greenville. I plan on staying here again in my next trip up to Greenville! Check in instructions and the host were always available and the process was incredibly smooth.

Clean & Cute

We came up for the weekend to explore Greensville. This lil place was a nice little landing spot for us. A very short drive to the City. We explored Unity Park and ate in the city both nights. With only a 6-8 min drive to anything, the stay was fun and easy. The house was clean, the owners were nice and the management company was very easy to communicate with. The interior was very well decorated.

Great little place

We had a great weekend. Came down for the Clemson/NCState game and to see our daughter. Can’t wait to come back to Greenville for the food. So many great choices if you love food. The drive to Clemson was easy. As far as the place, very clean and perfect for us. Looks newly renovated and they did a great job. Bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come just for the food. Easy to get into downtown Greenville.

Great place in Greenville

Our host was very very nice and reached out to us the day before and gave us all the information we would need to get into our home. The house is probably one of the nicest verbose my wife and I have ever been in. You could tell they went in and remodeled every aspect of this house. The hardwood floors are original and beautiful and they spared no expense and putting in every luxury item you could want in a Vrbo rental. Beautiful property highly recommended

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this clean, cozy and sweet house. The pictures do not do justice. The open living room and kitchen are a generous size. The bedroom is roomy. The bathroom is small but the shower is large with plenty of hot water. I loved having my morning coffee on the small screened in porch. The house is well equipped with everything needed. The outside is nicely landscaped and planted with some flowers. You are close to the downtown area and all it has to offer. Reedy falls, shopping on the Main street, the zoo, Swamp Rabbit Cafe and a side trip to Traveler's Rest were all fun. I will definitely stay again anytime I come to the area. Thank you to the owners!

Wonderful Place

My better half and I visited Greenville to attend a wedding at Arran Farms. To say this little house was perfect for the two of us is an understatement. We loved it. From the minute you walk in you feel at home. Gorgeous and fully equipped kitchen, such a homey living room. The bedroom is beautiful. The bed, beyond comfortable. We slept in every day. This place is newly remodeled and not one expense was spared, The same can also be said by the decoration and attention to detail throughout. Location is great as well, as you're only about 15 minutes away from Downtown Greenville. Becky was very nice. She reached out to us prior to arrival and prior to leaving as well. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Greenville.
