This lovely single storey vacation home is in the community of Hampton Lakes, which is situated off US27. It is close to the I4 and US192 which provides excellent routes to all of the local theme parks including Walt Disney World and Universal Studios.

Enjoy this lovely home and relax in your own private back yard and screened in pool area. The pool area is large so the whole travelling party can enjoy and comes complete with functioning spa!!

There are four bedrooms/three bathrooms and the garage has been converted into a games room, containing a pool table, foosball table, and two gaming consoles. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and Roku streaming stick.

This spacious home has two lounge areas, providing plenty of room for a larger family. The rear lounge/kitchen has a beach theme.

Hampton Lakes has excellent community facilities including tennis courts, volleyball court and two playgrounds.

Nice place

The house was very nice, just as pictured, pool was great although the hot tub had some issue and was not running properly, the host was right on it and working with us right away to try make it right. Unfortunately the hot tub didn't work right for our visit the rest of the place was beautiful. I would visit again but would love for the hot tub to be working. Thanks guys.

Some good and some bad.

To start with, the key lock box was difficult to open and there was only one key that worked. The house really smells for cigarette smoke. The home itself is very nice, especially the bathrooms. The pool area is large and the pool is large. We paid for heating the pool which didn't work for half of our stay. . The pool cleaners said there were a lot of issues with the pool heater. The vacuum cleaner for the home was filled with dirt which kept it from picking up anything. The hair dryers were clogged with lint, which made them unsafe to use. The worst part, was communication with the management team. There are 17 emails going back and forth on the pool heat and on the air-conditioning system that had a leak and needed to be repaired. I am also still waiting for a refund on the pool heat which was promised on February 23, 2023. This is the first rental property that I have been disappointed in.
