This spacious, renovated Howland Village townhouse is beautifully decorated and features new renovations & flooring. You will find the primary bedroom upstairs with a queen bed, walk-in closet, TV, and private bath. The adjoining loft has a trundle bed (2 twins), a ceiling fan and A/C. The 2nd bedroom is on the main floor and it has 2 twin beds and a TV. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped and features refinished cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The living room has a flat screen smart-TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player and an AC unit. Sliders off the living room lead to the patio; furnished with table, chairs, and a charcoal grill for outdoor dining. Other amenities include a new washer/dryer, Coffee maker + Keurig as well as Wi-Fi Internet and Cable TV.

The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137.
Surrounded by nautical shops and a variety of locally loved restaurants!

*For 2024 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $75 per adult and $35 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
