Large Oceanfront 3 Bdrm (11th Floor) - by Luxury Beach Rentals

Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this spacious Oceanfront Three Bedroom Condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two double beds in the third bedroom. The unit also includes a separate living room with a sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, a flat screen television in each of the bedrooms and the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all basic cookware and dinnerware as well as a stackable washer and dryer combination and a private oceanfront balcony. The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, pools, hot tubs, children’s splash pool, three story slide, fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks onsite!

Great place for kids!

We had a really good experience at the property! Rooms were clean and exactly as pictured. The resort itself is dated. Swimming pool area is definitely older and is usually crowded. Bar at the pool is very convenient and the Turtle Bay Cafe is great for getting food and drinks to-go for the pool or beach. This is a good place for families who want a little of everything!

Great family getaway!

The kids especially loved the lazy river. Condo was as described and beautifully decorated. Location central to many attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Great view of ocean

This condo was great for our family of 5! The place was clean & just as described in the listing. The only thing we were bummed about is the mini golf was taken out (one of the reasons why I booked this unit).

Got the job done.

The facilities were fine, but not at the level that I expected based on previous reviews or photos. Cleanliness was less than desired and while the condo had been updated, the facilities themselves were a little dated and in disrepair. Too many choices in Myrtle Beach so I would not stay here again.

The condo was very nice. Exactly as pictured. The resort was nice, but we visited off season so you could see that they were in progress of some updates which is to be expected. Somewhere we read that pool towels were not provided and ended packing our own. This was difficult since we flew in and had limited luggage space. There were towels in the pool area.

Great Condo!!

We stayed here in early December for our daughters graduation from Coastal Carolina University. Even in December it's always a great time at the beach!! Condo was beautiful! Very clean, comfy beds! Just like the pictures show ( and that's a rarity). Would love to stay here again!

Great location

We had two adults and four teens. It’s great access to many locations and restaurants. The balcony provides a beautiful view of the sunrise. The teens enjoyed the beach, hot tubs and pool every day.

Was good but had maintenance issues

When we walked in to our room we found in one bathroom the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall . The toilet seat was ready to fall off. The master bedroom bathroom the light was blinking on and off Thay could not fix that issue and had to deal with it for the 9 nights we were there other then that the stay was fine.

The condo is in a great location. It’s ocean facing with easy access to the beach and short walking distance making it nice for young kids. The resort has multiple heated pools and hot tubs, enough for all families to enjoy. Also Starbucks is connected to resort on the ground floor. The condo itself has good amenities (full kitchen, Keurig carafe + pod, dish washer, stocked with dinner ware…) and the layout is well done allowing family dinners and living room / balcony space to hang out after the beach fun is over each day.

This was the easiest check in process. The first time in VRBO history that I didn’t have any issues with checking in. Room was amazing. Only issue was the master light behind the mirror in the bathroom kept flickering on and off, so I did not use it and there were no issues. I’m an OCD individual and I clean when I arrive and before I leave. I actually did not feel the need to clean this unit because it was in great condition. Well done owners! Will be back, enjoyed the amenities, If only the outside hot tub was working it would have been perfect . That’s a resort issue. Great location! Great for a small family. Updates are wonderful and make it feel like home.

You get what you see in the listing

We loved staying at this property. It looked just like the pictures. It was a beautiful condo. The view was amazing! The restaurant on the main floor, “Due South”, has surprisingly good food. It was one of the best restaurants we ate at. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is interested. The rental company is pretty easy to get a hold of if you call them. Messaging through this app didn’t seem to really work. So even though we loved this place, we only gave it 4 stars for a few reasons. The main problem we had, had to do with cleanliness. The floor was not clean at all! It turned everyone’s feet black. There were also a couple of cockroaches. And we found someone’s toenails under the bed, which was pretty gross. And there was a weird red stain on the curtains, couch and chairs. There also are no extra trash bags and the front desk won’t give you any because it’s an owner’s suite. We also ended up paying more than we would have if we booked directly through the hotel. That’s our fault for not checking that first. However, the extra money was worth the guaranteed high floor and awesome view. If you book through the hotel, they can’t guarantee that. So it just depends on what’s important to you. That being said, the place was mostly clean and it really is worth the money. It was absolutely beautiful and we would re-book in a heartbeat.

The condo was beautiful but the pool was very cloudy and dirty and was even closed one day due to the ick and cloudy water.
