Large Oceanfront 3 Bdrm (11th Floor) - by Luxury Beach Rentals

Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this spacious Oceanfront Three Bedroom Condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two double beds in the third bedroom. The unit also includes a separate living room with a sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, a flat screen television in each of the bedrooms and the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all basic cookware and dinnerware as well as a stackable washer and dryer combination and a private oceanfront balcony. The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, pools, hot tubs, children’s splash pool, three story slide, fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks onsite!

Great family getaway!

The kids especially loved the lazy river. Condo was as described and beautifully decorated. Location central to many attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Great view of ocean

This condo was great for our family of 5! The place was clean & just as described in the listing. The only thing we were bummed about is the mini golf was taken out (one of the reasons why I booked this unit).

The facilities were fine, but not at the level that I expected based on previous reviews or photos. Cleanliness was less than desired and while the condo had been updated, the facilities themselves were a little dated and in disrepair. Too many choices in Myrtle Beach so I would not stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo, very clean and the view was amazing. Wish the unit would provide beach towels and toys. The beach chairs and umbrella were great. The location was great but not quite walking distance to downtown Myrtle beach. The living room furniture was a bit worn down and not super comfortable and the tvs in the bedrooms are older and do not have streaming services. I didn’t love that the internet connection was not secured.

Nice Place

The condo was very nice. Exactly as pictured. The resort was nice, but we visited off season so you could see that they were in progress of some updates which is to be expected. Somewhere we read that pool towels were not provided and ended packing our own. This was difficult since we flew in and had limited luggage space. There were towels in the pool area.

We LOVE this resort and have stayed multiple times - 4 this year!! 😁 This booking was easy, people communicated quickly and the condo was breathtaking!! You can’t go wrong!!!

Was good but had maintenance issues

When we walked in to our room we found in one bathroom the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall . The toilet seat was ready to fall off. The master bedroom bathroom the light was blinking on and off Thay could not fix that issue and had to deal with it for the 9 nights we were there other then that the stay was fine.

Nice condo

The condo was nice, I just wish it was cleaned a little better. There was a lot of dust in multiple places. The resort is beautiful and we had a great time with all of the amenities.

Wonderful beach vacay!

We had kids and adults and the listing was as expected. The staff was attentive at the pool area and it was easy to access the beach. No shortage of extra towels, which is a huge plus!

Great Condo!!

We stayed here in early December for our daughters graduation from Coastal Carolina University. Even in December it's always a great time at the beach!! Condo was beautiful! Very clean, comfy beds! Just like the pictures show ( and that's a rarity). Would love to stay here again!

Myrtle Beach Family Condo

Grande Cayman was very family friendly with lots for the kids to do. Our condo was nice with just a few issues with the washer and shower door. Nothing too big. Enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Loved the beach, pool and lazy river! Turtle Bay Cafe was great for lunch and kids loved the mock tails! Bar open m-f good drinks a little pricey! Overall good stay! Nacho Hippo, broadway at the beach and Mexican fiesta all good!

The condo is in a great location. It’s ocean facing with easy access to the beach and short walking distance making it nice for young kids. The resort has multiple heated pools and hot tubs, enough for all families to enjoy. Also Starbucks is connected to resort on the ground floor. The condo itself has good amenities (full kitchen, Keurig carafe + pod, dish washer, stocked with dinner ware…) and the layout is well done allowing family dinners and living room / balcony space to hang out after the beach fun is over each day.
