駅近、海からも近いので、立地は素晴らしいです

駅近、海からも近いので、立地は素晴らしいです。 近くにスーパーもあります。 気になるとしたら、以下です。 ・古民家なので防音は低い（こちらの音も、外の音もつつぬけ） ・フライパン、鍋類を見つけにくい（コンロ側の最下段の引き出しにあります） ・IH対応していないフライパンがある ・洗濯機は隣の小屋（鍵は玄関にあるもう一つの鍵、ただし説明は一切ないので見つけにくい） ワーケーションと古民家暮らしのお試しとして利用したので、個人的には大満足でした！ ありがとうございました。

リノベーションされた古民家で、モダンな照明や、床の間のお軸、柱やガラスのヴィンテージ感が素敵でした

リノベーションされた古民家で、モダンな照明や、床の間のお軸、柱やガラスのヴィンテージ感が素敵でした。新しい畳の綺麗さと、特にキッチンは使い勝手が良かったです。 お風呂場は古いですが追い焚き機能もあります。網戸はないので湿気がやや気になります。 トイレは様式でウォシュレットもついており、清潔でしたがにおいが少し気になりました。 古民家のつくりとして仕方ないですが、すきま風と音の通りやすさはあるかと思います。また、カーテンは道路面のみで、片側は磨りガラスのため、完全なプライベートを確保する作りではありません。 建物に面しているのは細い私道のため、荷物は少なめにご用意することがおすすめです。
