The Space:
This bright, spacious Conch Cottage sleeps up to four guests. The home features two bedrooms, each with a Queen-Sized bed and private closet. The full sized bathroom is conveniently located just outside the bedrooms!

Tall ceilings and natural lighting highlight the historical charm of this home. Expansive shiplap cabinets wrap around the full kitchen, making it the perfect spot to curate meals and memories. This home is equipped with a Keurig Coffee Machine, Dishwasher and 2-in-1 Laundry to make your stay easy and effortless. Head out to the secluded front porch to sit back and sip your morning coffee. In the courtyard just steps away is a shared complex pool to take a quick dip! Private parking on premises makes coming home after a long day convenient and easy.

Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guest will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a cute Old Town neighborhood this home is short 10 minute walk to Duval Street. Neighborhood restaurant favorites include, El Siboney, Seven Fish, and Sandy's Cafe for cuban coffee.

This home is just steps away from Higgs Beach where you can find tennis courts, dog parks, volleyball courts, West Martello botanical gardens and Salute a waterfront eatery.

Check out the historic firehouse museum right down the street on a rainy day or grocery shop at Fausto's for dinner!

Getting Around:
One of the best parts of staying in Key West is how close in proximity you are to everything. Don’t feel like walking? Peddle your way to breakfast, or take a bike ride along the water at sunset. Rent your bikes from Fury or Island Bicycles who offer both pick up & drop off services to your home! Feel like you’re on island time when you rent from Minty’s where you can enjoy exploring Key West on a scooter or golf cart. In addition to these non-traditional modes of transportation, you can also Uber, Lyft or Taxi to your next destination. Pink Taxi is an easy, reliable and affordable way for getting to your rental from the airport.

There is one off street parking spot included with your stay. The private parking spot is located in the gravel driveway and is accessible at any time.

Other Things to Note:
- Please note this home is apart of a quad and has shared exterior spaces with three other close-by homes.
- There is a two-in-one washer/dryer located inside of the unit. Please note the machine is meant for small loads only and is slow due to the two in one capabilities.
- The minimum age requirement to rent this home is 25 years old.
- Pets are welcome! Our requirements are as follows:
•30lb maximum per pet
•$15/night per pet
•1 pet maximum
Please let us know if you plan on bringing your pet.
