Large terrace 50m m2 next to the living room with open views of the sea, mountains and Saint Leu. Wooden pergola in garden to eat alfresco.
Very quiet area and very private house - superb sea view and not overlooked.
Bedrooms - 3 ensuite. 2 ground floor bedrooms, one with direct access to the deck / garden. 2 first floor bedrooms, one with private terrace with sea / mountain views. 2 separate toilets from the bathrooms. Living room 50 m2 with large LCD, DVD etc. Well-equipped kitchen. Massage chair.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le jardin est magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. La localisation est idéale : au calme et à 5 minutes du lagon de Saint Leu en voiture. David est un propriétaire attentif et à l'écoute, nous le remercions pour ce séjour inoubliable.

Superbe maison de séjour

Idéalement située pour les nombreuses randonnées et proche du bord de l’Ocean dans un quartier calme et peu de circulation cette maison est simplement parfaite. Très bien équipée, spacieuse et très confortable, c’est la maison idéale. Le propriétaire Dave est très sympa, et attentif au bien être des ses hôtes De toutes nos expériences Réunionnaise ce fut meilleure !!!!

Un petit Paradis

Très belle maison, bien agencée, propre et entretenue. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine malgré une météo capricieuse. Les enfants ont profité pleinement de la piscine et du jardin. Les échanges avec David nous ont permis de découvrir le coin et d'aller directement aux bonnes adresses. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion de revenir passer quelques jours en famille pour nous ressourcer. Merci David de nous avoir confié votre maison le temps d'une semaine. D & M.

Magnifique propriété, superbe situation!

Superbe villa bien située avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de St Leu ! La maison est extrêmement bien équipée avec du mobilier de grande qualité. A l’intérieur, tout y est. Extérieur, très agréable et très bien entretenu. David est un hôte soucieux du bien être de ses convives et tout en étant discret, est resté à l'écoute de nos quelques sollicitations. Bref, les photos parlent d'elles même, allez y sans hésiter! Merci David!

Amazing landscape at Reunion. The house is perfectly situated between sea-mountains next to St. Leu.

The house is a quiet neighborhood, there are bars and restaurants reachable in walking distance though. A very good one is ‚Sarah Beach‘! The house is in a very good state, nice pool and surroundings and you can hear the sound of the sea, very nice. St. Leu is a nice village with music and creolic food at the beach each Sunday evening. The Maïdo is very close, just as some beautiful beaches such as hermitage, Boucan Canot, Étang-Salé and Basin des Aigrettes (nice waterfalls). Dave is very nice and supports in any matter, Thanks again for all your help, very appreciated.
