Oceanfront 5 BD Pet Friendly Oasis - AUG 18-22 open

Welcome to our beautiful beachfront home! Our own private beach is open for you to enjoy! A bright and beautiful, relaxing and comfortable escape! Just walk a few feet off the deck on to the warm, white sands & take a dip in the ocean. Or sit on one of our three decks, put your feet up with a cold drink & soak in the sun and the breathtaking view. We are pet friendly (small to medium) so you are welcome to bring that important part of your family along!

About our home:
Breathtaking views from our first floor spacious deck full of comfortable tall Adirondack chairs with . There is an outdoor faucet/ shower. Stairs lead from the primary floor deck right down to the beach.

The primary living area features the kitchen, a seated bar area(seats 6), a large dining table for family meals(seats 8) The living room has a large seating area with smart TV with Hulu Live TV & DVD.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need - just like at home & also a high chair.

A full-bath is located on the primary floor. We have a king bedroom with a pack and play crib.

The second level has three bedrooms:
1) A master suite which has a deck looking out onto the ocean. Soothing colors help you to immediately relax. The master suite has a king size bed with its own full bath & smart TV with Hulu Live TV (sleeps 2)
2) A queen size bedroom faces the ocean and has a deck to relax and enjoy your coffee in the morning. It has a smart TV with Hulu Live TV (sleeps 2)
3) A bedroom facing the back of the house which has a queen size bed and a set of double over double bunk beds. It has a smart TV with Hulu Live TV (sleeps 4 adults)

The second level also has a full bath.

The 3rd level of this home is a hidden treasure - 4 twin beds that look out to the ocean with its own private deck, pull out sofa & smart TV with Hulu Live TV

There is a spacious driveway which accommodates at least 6 cars. The area under the house has a gas grill.

The house also is equipped with WIFI.

Awesome location with beach steps away. Plenty of parking and sleeping spots. We did have trouble keeping our 3 year old and 21 month old off the steps, but steps are expected at the beach!

This property is right on the ocean... It was so serene and peaceful off season. On season, it may be a little loud with the other decks so close, but off season is perfect. House has everything you need and plenty of space to spreadout. Loved that we could bring our pup who could also sit on the deck and take it all in. The deck was fully enclosed making it easy to relax.

Stunning Views with Peace and Quiet

This venue is gorgeous and so well equipped. The views are magnificent and peaceful. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation without worrying about not having everything to accommodate the whole family. Close enough to Wilmington or Jacksonville for a great day trip if it rains but just far enough out for solitude. Great find and we’ll worth it!!!

The location on Topsail was very nice. We were close to family who owned a house in Surf City. We really enjoyed the large deck with the tall beach chairs to view the surf. It was nice to watch a couple of the younger grand-children play in the sand and surf from the deck. The interior suited our family very well with bedrooms and the teens enjoyed staying in the loft area. The kitchen did need some upgrading . A need for newer pans and a toaster. Just as great the second time!

This was our second stay here and it was just as wonderful as the first time! The location can't be beat and the home is well suited for a family and/or group of friends. Everything you need (grocery store, restaurants, etc) is no more than 15 min away. Amy was incredibly gracious and let us check in early - a huge help with little kiddos! We love this home!

Great location being right on the beach with direct access and large deck overlooking. Overall this is a good location given its pet friendly. We didn't bring pets but it's nice we could have. Could have used a little better cleaning and maybe a more update coffee maker. The kitchen drawers and cabinets seemed a bit if a mess.

We had a fantastic stay! This beach house was well equipped with everything you may need -- from a fully stocked kitchen to linen, bath towels, hand soap, and dishwasher detergent! The view was incredible - truly right on the beach and couldn't be ANY more convenient. Our 3 year old had the time of his life! We were all very comfortable -- with 1 bedroom on the main floor, 3 on the second, and the third floor loft. We had never been to Topsail Beach before but it was nice and quiet (note, it was off season) with easy access to Surf City. We would love to stay here again! Highly recommend this home. PLUS, Amy was a pleasure to communicate with.

Another Fantastic Visit in N. Topsail Beach

This was our 2nd stay at this house. We came back for the location ->right on the beach, views -> fantastic, house layout/space -> generous, and owners -> wonderful and responsive. We were not disappointed. Our group included 9 people; 4 adults, 3 teens/young adults and 2 tweens. All had a great time boogie boarding, playing catch and whiffle ball on the beach, relaxing and watching the Summer Olympics. House is well equipped with linens and plenty of extra towels and checking in and out was simple and easy. The recently renovated kitchen is on the more equipped end of vacation rentals. This area is experiencing the same labor shortages as the rest of the country, so expect long waits for pizza, take out, ice cream, and attractions such as mini-golf. Not a big deal if you are mostly eating in, as we were, but be aware so you can plan ahead. Thanks to Amy and Bruce for another fantastic visit in N. Topsail Beach. We will be back!

Our views are amazing! The beach is just steps away & the ocean waves instantly relax you. We have a modern, open layout, & fully stocked kitchen. Lots of extras like highchair, pack n play, beach chairs so you don't have to lug them along or rent. Our home feels just like home, but right at the beach!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with our home from the moment we saw it. It offers such beautiful views of the ocean front from three of our bedrooms and the living area too. And coming from a large family, I loved the large third floor loft imagining all my nephews sharing the space and loving the deck looking over the ocean. We also love the open floor plan where the kitchen, living room, and dining room come together- what an amazing way to spend time with our big, happy family!!
