Waterside Village is a gated community located on the West End of Mexico Beach with condo buildings and cottage-style houses. The community layout is centered around the gorgeous, zero-entry community pool & hot tub, which sits on the bank of the canal. The outdoor features of Waterside Village add just the right touch to make any vacation laid back and enjoyable. Around the pool are lounging chairs, outdoor dining space, parkside grills, and boardwalks. The pool and canal have great views from the balcony of Waterside Village Condo 203, and the beach is just a short walk away. Grab the wagon and walk down for a day at the beach, then come back up to let the kids play in the pool while grilling hamburgers for an evening cookout.

Condo 203 is on the second floor, accessed by either stairs or an elevator. Once inside, the living space is laid out all on one level. The owners have done a fantastic job decorating and equipping the three-bedroom rental making it the perfect spot for your party of 8. The two masters, both with king beds, are convenient for multiple couples and a twin bedroom for the kids.

Mexico Beach is a vacation paradise. It’s perfect for fishermen, beach bathers, outdoor enthusiasts, and those who simply love being out and active.
