Located in the back of the complex this unit offers additional privacy to enjoy sitting around the firepit, firing up the brand new grill and dining at the outdoor table. The inside has a cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan in the living room plus a sleep sofa in addition to the bedroom with full size bed. Rinse the beach sand off in the enclosed outdoor shower. The new coffee maker that will make iced coffee and cappuccino. There is a lovely library of historical and nautical books for your enjoyment. A recently REMODELED KITCHEN, BATH and NEW MINI SPLITS for A/C and HEATING will add to the enjoyment of your stay. Located near the Inflatable Water Park, Whiddah Pirate Museum, shopping and numerous restaurants, this unit is about 1 mile away from Englewood Beach and a short bike ride (1.5 mi) to Seagull Beach!
