entreating area. Comfortably catering for families, proving luxury bedding, furnishing and

Hamptons Breeze also offers you some unique features to ensure your stay is a memorable
one. There is access to indoor pool facilities locate in the estate, WIFI & Foxtel, outdoor
shower, outdoor wood fire and access to bikes.

Callala Beach is fringed by powder white sand and tranquil blue water, an ocean lover’s
delight. Tucked into the northern end of Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast, this relaxed
coastal village offers calm swimming, snorkelling, fishing, boating, paddle boarding,
kayaking, as well as bushwalking and dolphin parades. There is also access to food and cafés
and you are just a short drive to many other popular attractions on the South Coast.

The Neighborhood:
We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house.

Other Things to Note:
There are endless options for day trips, from the hundreds of pristine beaches to the many
wineries of the region the possibilities for your stay are endless. It is recommended that you
use private transport throughout the Shoalhaven. There is limited access to public transport
and the train service only runs to Bomaderry. Some options may include, Nowra taxi service,
private bus, limousine service or car hire, and there is a small Ferry/water taxi service out of
Myola for access to Huskisson.
