Excellent location, quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown. Nice to have a TV in the bedroom as well as living room...comfy big king bed. Would stay there again.

Great launching point for Prescott

This condo is in a quiet neighborhood location just outside of downtown Prescott. It was nice to step away from the hubbub of the downtown activity every evening to relax. It is close to everything. The listing description is accurate. It has the basic supplies that we needed. Check in was so easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Stylish, very clean and super-comfortable

We had a wonderful stay at this property -- beautifully furnished, and the beds were blissfully comfortable! Everything was very clean. The property is close to downtown Prescott and very close to a grocery store. Neighbors are friendly as well. :)

Great location, amenities lacking

Property owner was kind and responsive. When we arrived there was scaffolding and side panel work was being done on the property. Although the workers weren’t working most of the time, the windows remained taped with plastic for the duration. We were offer a discount on a future stay versus anything for current stay. There were no toiletries as described in listing, just a used bar of soap in the shower. 1 roll of paper towels, no Kleenex, a single trash bag. Other reviews have mentioned the stocking issue and it doesn’t appear to have been remediated. Beds comfortable good location. Likely would not use again simply because of the lack of basic items.

I enjoyed my stay, like the comfortable bed and views, the condominium was clean and very cozy. The weather was nice a cold, absolutely fantastic. Shopping and restaurants was super close, walking distance. Definitely will stay here again.
