You will find this property down the road from Geelong CBD (1.5kms). The property offers a central location to any traveler who would love to visit the great ocean road one day and visit the Bellarine Peninsula wineries another. GMHBA Stadium is only a short drive away. Adventure Park is a 15 minutes drive. 7km from Spirit of Tasmania Terminal. 1.5kms to the Waterfront and the Royal Geelong Yacht Club.
