Las Palomas 1 Bedroom Great for Small Families or Couples Beach Getaway

Beautiful Las Palomas Resort condominium on the sixth floor of the Rubi Building with outstanding ocean views. Two pools (one with swim-up bar/restaurant) A childrens pool, Lazy River, barbecues, and water slide, poolside towel service. Elegant restaurant and bar, poolside dining, swim up bar or cozy room service. Also a convenience store, and workout room, all located in the Rubi building. Walk to 18 hole championship golf course right across the street. Underground parking & elevator to your door. Daily housekeeping service is included, along with safes for your peace of mind.

Our condo is in Phase 1, You also have access to all the amenities Phase 2 has to offer, additional pools, dining, kids club. Enjoy full service dining and drinks on the beach under the comfort of your palapa.

Our condominium is furnished with warm, rich, Mexican-style furniture and accessories. Upgraded electronics in the living room include a 46 inch SMART TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player, CD players and ipod connection. Bedroom electronics include a flat screen TV with a DVD player. A very comfortable king size bed with a memory foam topper is yours to relax in. Fully stocked kitchen, including a margarita blender, coffee maker, toaster, pitchers for your drinks and cookware! We also have a crockpot for your use, so when you come in from the beach, dinner is ready to be served! Brand new (2016) living room furniture with a memory foam mattress in the sofa sleeper. We have all of the comforts of home, including books, games, and dvd's. All this and more in the soothing Mexico beach atmosphere. Relax on the balcony (George Foreman Grill) and watch for dolphins, hit the beach with a book, fall asleep in the lazy river, make friends at the swim up bar and rent jet skis (rentals right on our beach). Nearby ATV rentals are available as well.

Great place for a getaway!

We recently stayed here for a long weekend, and it was an exceptional experience. Everything about the condo was great, from the fully-stocked kitchen needs to the very comfortable furniture. Our only wish was that we would have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

This condo was relaxing and homey with the best accents and attention to details to make our trip amazing! I loved sitting on the patio drinking coffee every morning and watching the tide come in. The bed was extremely comfortable as well for afternoon naps! The condo was great and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great family condo!

We had a great time here! The beds were comfy, and there was a great view of the grounds, the pool and the ocean! Everything we needed was right on site! Plus I was happy to see there was laundry, even though I didn't use it. Same as ny place - they never give you enough garbage bags, lol! And at times, the elevator took forever!!! So sometimes we took the stairs, just to burn a few calories from all of those Mexican treats! Too many vendors on a beach for this size of a resort, we got tired of saying No, gracias. But all in all, a great condo, great price and great location! The owners are lucky!!

The vendors can be persistant, the resort does make them stay beyond the yellow ropes unless a guest asks them to come up. But the beach is public and the resort can't do more. On the bright side, there is no reason you have to go in to town to shop! We hope you visit us again.

Loved the location and amenities

We were in Puerto Panasco in February and stayed in Bella Vista. It is a nicely furnished and comfortable condo located in the Las Palomas Condo building. Just as the property description says, there is plenty to keep you occupied at the property and the staff was very attentive with daily maid service and help at the desk with any questions we had. Las Palomas is the largest condo complex on the beach but we didn't feel crowded given the spacious outdoor pools and the private beach attached to the complex. Las Palomas is about a mile from town if you walk there on the beach which we did every day. What's not to love about walking on the beach? We explored several restaurants and bars along the beach walking both directions from the condo. When we weren't outside enjoying the water we were lounging on the deck of the condo enjoying the sunset and people watching. Great place a romantic getaway. We recommend it highly and we will be back.

Beautiful views of pool and ocean

We normally stay in the ocean front rooms at Las Palomas. We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful views, especially at night with all the lights around the pool. One thing I would suggest is an update to the mattress. Every time either of us moved, it felt like we were in a water bed, and a bit too soft for us. But other than that, it was perfect.

Awesome condo with perfect view!

Loved the condo. It’s right on the middle building so you get a perfect view of the ocean! Everything was perfect. Great balcony and balcony furniture. We love spending time on the balcony in the mornings so we always look at that before booking and this one was just perfect. 2 bedrooms plus it had a small bonus room with bunk beds so that was a nice surprise.

Great Place in Rocky Point

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. This was our first time traveling to Rocky Point. The resort had the highest levels of security and made us feel very safe. We went into town a few times and had nice experiences as well. Overall, the condo was perfect and the resort was the best. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous view and a very clean property.

This was our first time at the las Paloma’s. We brought our Son out to celebrate his 4th birthday. Beautiful resort and very clean. The Condo has a very homly feel to it with anything you could need. Well, until I get a photo of all four of us this will have to do. But this is Kurt and Diane and our best friends Richard and Melissa co-own the condo with us.

Why they chose this property

The four of us have been vacationing in Puerto Penasco for about 20 years, we have all four raised our children with bi-annual trips to Rocky Point and it has become some of the best memories of our lives. When Las Palomas was just a drawing Richard and Kurt fell in love with the idea of owning a part of this incredible community. We bought in June of 2004 and our condo was completed in March of 2006.

What makes this property unique

By purchasing from local vendors, we have created a condo that has the real 'feel' of Puerto Penasco. Our kitchen has all the extras to make your stay perfect. We have all the modern conveniences (appliances/cookware) made comfortable by adding touches of comfort from throws, pillows, movies, books, games, luggage space, high chair, make up mirror, etc. Come make your family right at home!
