A luxury getaway down on the Bellarine Peninsula awaits. This 4 bedroom home has all the extras to make your stay unforgettable. The rear yard is the heart of the home with inclusions such as built in BBQ, Pizza Oven and of course the pool which is heated to a comfortable 27 degrees all year round.



The Space:

Wattlebird Escape is well appointed with all the essentials including WiFi, Smart TVs in all living rooms and split system heating/cooling both upstairs and down.



Internally the property consists of 4 bedrooms, Master with King bed and ensuite including double showers and basins, 2nd bedroom with 2 x King Singles (upstairs), 3rd bedroom with 2 x kids bunks (4 x singles) and 4th bedroom downstairs with queen bed. The property set to sleep up to 10 guests.

The main bathroom upstairs features double shower, bath and vanity with separate toilet/powder room. There are 2 x powder rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs with the downstairs power room also including shower and laundry facilities with washer and dryer. All up there are 3 bathrooms in total.



The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, pans, cutlery, cups, coffee pod machine etc and features a dishwasher, oven, large pantry and beautiful stone bench tops. NOTE the build in coffee machine is NOT operational. Coffee pod machine provided in its place.



There are 2 living rooms in total with very comfortable couches and open fireplace downstairs for use on cold nights.



Outside is where you will spend most of your time no doubt. The large door from the living area swings open to the undercover alfresco area that features built in kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven.

Everyone will love the pool that is heated all year round. The pool is 6ft deep and has bench seat around 2 of the sides.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire yard and house however no access to the garage.

A car is recommended to explore the greater Bellarine area.
