The House that sleeps up to 8 guests
& The Suite that sleeps up to 4 guests.
The Pines offers two accommodation options for up to 12 guests in total.

You will have the entire property to yourselves to enjoy.

The House (Two story)

Both The House & The Suite are located on a peaceful 90 acre working farmland.

Separate entry access to both the House & the Suite for extra privacy.

When booking you will have the entire property to yourselves.

Our basic pantry items include tea, coffee, some pods to get you started for coffee machine, salt, pepper, olive oil, vegimite, milo.

Barwon Heads IGA is a 4 min drive & offer a great selection of groceries including ready made meals.

The Suite
Fully equipped Kitchenette with induction cooktop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, toastie maker, pots & pans, rice cooker.

Basic pantry items are the same as The House.

Bed linen, bath towels, face washers, hand towels (one towel per person) are provided.
Please bring your own Beach towels.

Wonderful retreat

What a wonderful way to unwind on the holidays! We loved this property, the kids swam in the pool and ran around on the property flying kites. The view is incredible and beds very comfortable. So much thought has been put into making the house feel relaxed and welcoming. We loved it.

Fabulous Family escape

The house was beautifully furnished with everything you need to arrive and never leave. Our family spent time in the pool, playing outdoor cricket, table tennis and pool. We will definitely return!

Dream Stay!

From initial booking Tash was amazing! We booked this accom for our wedding weekend. I was the Bride and I had this house to get ready in before the big day. Not only was the decor of the home beautiful but even outside the gardens maintained and provided such a great backdrop for our photos. It was even the small things Tash did for us, like a fresh bunch of flowers on the bench, stocking both the house and the attached suite with basic items (milk, bread, yoghurt etc) it honestly just felt so nice and homey. I would refer this home and stay again 10 times over! It was the perfect house for our wedding weekend. Cant wait to rebook for our 1 year anniversary!
