Wonderful Property!

We loved our stay at 168 Ridge! The house was beautiful and even more amazing when see the before pictures. The amenities were great and it was very close to Lake George and the surrounding attractions. I would highly recommend this for anyone coming to the area!

This home was perfect for our annual girls weekend away. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. It’s a short walk to downtown and the shops. The owner/host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and was quick to respond to questions we had. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms had plenty of toiletries. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, deck and sitting on the front porch (although it is on a busy street and a little noisy). We loved the property and would highly recommend this home. However, Evolve, the property management company for this listing, was not as responsive to inquiries regarding the booking.

Great House

The location was perfect, close to downtown Glens Falls, and family. The house had a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, TV's, games/puzzles, and books for entertainment. Plenty of room for a family of 5 plus my mother. I definitely recommend. The communication with the owner was easy and friendly. They even has a snow plow remove snow in the driveway.

Great location in Glens Falls! Lovely, updated older home!

My husband & 2 adult children reunited with local & out of town family and Really enjoyed all the wonderful updates in this comfortable home. Lots of extra touches which made us feel at home. We enjoyed the many “hang out”areas… great kitchen & dining, beautiful living room with gas fireplace and several outside areas. Very convenient for walking into Glens Falls. A real Gem!!

This is an excellent property. The cleanest property we have ever stayed. Hands down. My wife was ecstatic.This is well appointed property. The decorating is fantastic and fun to enjoy every room. It was relaxing to stay here and look forward to coming back after a long day of racing at West. You will feel like this is your house in Glens Falls. Great location.Our race dates were changed after the resi was booked and our host was super easy to work with.Highly recommend. You will enjoy it.

Beautiful House!!

This house is amazing. The back yard is great with basketball hoop, propane fire pit, deck and lights. The large front porch which was great to sit on at night. A short walk to a beautiful downtown on the City of Glens Falls and short drive to Lake George, puts this house in the perfect location. The interior is beautiful and welcoming. The perfect house for our family as we traveled for a baseball tournament. A very clean property.

Beautiful house

This house was amazing and clean. My friends and I loved our stay here and enjoyed our time together!! The decor is amazing and beautiful!! I agree with this - this house was straight out of a Pottery Barn catalogue!! Everything was considered and provided by the hosts, including individual room air conditioners, multiple towels, labels for light switches, and sensored lights in the kitchen. We contacted the owner a question, and she got right back to us! I would HIGHLY recommend this house! We will most definitely be back!

Adorable Glens Falls Home

This house had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! It’s an older home that is fully renovated. The house had split unit air conditioners with independent controls and TVs in each room. The kitchen was fully stocked and had new LG appliances. There was a barbecue grill on the back deck and a fire pit table in the backyard. New Samsung washer and dryer were located in the basement. Communication from Evolve and the homeowner was excellent. The homeowner even checked in on us via email after a night of tornado warnings and high winds. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here in the future!

Issues

Overall we enjoyed the property. However the towels in each bathroom were dirty -- they had never been changed from the previous group. Kind of gross. When I raised this issue with the property manager I was told that unless I had pictures of the towels they couldn't verify the issue. Who makes up comments about dirty towels (and who thinks to take pictures of dirty towels)? They said that I had 24 hours to produce the photos. All I wanted to do was to let them know about an issue for the future and thought their response was pretty negative. Also, one other thing is that since this property is managed by a company other than VRBO, VRBO could not help me with questions prior to our arrival and the management company did not communicate with me until after my final payment was made. Both of these issues reflect poor customer service by the management company.
