Great place for a large group

As others have mentions, it's in a kind of run down area of Warrensburg, but that was really the only drawback. The house itself is great! It doesn't just sleep a lot of people, but the entire house is set up for it, kitchen supplies, dining, towels, firepit seating, all accommodated our entire party. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We travelled here from West Point. The drive was easy on the interstate. The kitchen is fabulous. We made use of the washer and dryer. There was plenty of room for 4 adults. We visited Ticonderoga, Middlebury VT, Lake George, and Fort William Henry. All the attractions were fabulous. Grocery stores were close by, We are from Colorado and loved seeing how the New York Tourist attractions and area have survived. Thanks for everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the New Year. The place was clean, spacious, and close to the ski mountain. Good Wifi and TV had all the pay channels. Highly recommend this place for family and group gatherings. Looking forward to staying here again.

We stayed at the house while skiing at Gore. The house is in immaculate condition and has all the amenities. Great location in the center of Warrensburg with several delicious restaurants and close to Lake George for more food and activities. The hosts were fantastic and made our stay easy and relaxing. The stay here was perfect. We had a family getaway planned with my whole family for an end of summer vacation and a gathering for my mom’s 70th birthday. The house is located at the end of the block giving you privacy with a secluded peaceful feel. The home was the perfect size for us— 6 adults and 4 children. Home was well kept and mannered and provided plenty of space for us all. Has a nice yard and fire pit area to enjoy late night fun. The bonus entertainment garage with fooseball, ping pong and lawn games was a nice touch. A lovely home that my family and I would revisit in the future.The hosts were very responsive and accommodating which added to the great experience we had. Thank you again!

Spacious house, well equipped, lovely back yard! Hosts were extremely nice and helpful! AC units in every room keep the house cool but a bit noisy. Unfortunately located in a very run down neighbour hood, which you won’t really see from the beautiful porch!

Amazing getaway

This house is perfect for a large family/friends getaway. Plenty of space for everyone. Nice outdoor space for eating and grilling. We brought our classic car for a car show and loved having a garage to store the car to keep it out of the weather. The property manager was very responsive to questions and very helpful. I would give the place 10 stars if I could.

Fall fun!

Cute little river town. Easy to find location. Really only 15 minutes away from Lake George. The house was plenty big enough for 7 people... so 10 would be easy. The kitchen has everything you needed. (Suggestion... maybe put labels on drawers of items in drawers) Everything was super clean and comfortable. We even had a couple deer friends visiting. Definitely worth the trip! The kids are already planning for next year.

Nice Getaway

The house is a well renovated colonial with front porch, nice rear deck, and fun fire pit which was well received. The detached garage held games such as foosball and table tennis. Dried firewood in the garage served to supply the fire pit with adirondack chairs in a generous stoned circle. The house has a great well supplied kitchen with all amenities, a large tabled dining room, nice family room, laundry, and generously sized bedrooms. We truly enjoyed the house, grilling on the Weber grill, relaxing watching the Roku TV's, and enjoying the wonderful fire pit. The house is located on a street where other properties appeared to be in disrepair. The house has privacy and the neighborhood houses were not an issue. Owner has no control over the other houses which need repair. Very enjoyable house which was a much appreciated retreat for the family, partner, children, and grandchildren. No negative issues about this house and property.

Best VRBO house we have stayed in!

This house was fabulous! It is beautifully decorated and so well stocked! The attention to detail was incredible. Cooking was really great in the kitchen with the huge island or on the grill. The fire pit was a real hit with our family, which included 6 adults, 2 school age kids and a baby. We were close to everything we wanted to do in Lake George without being on top of the tourist and commercial hub, which was terrific. We could enjoy the quiet surroundings of the house. Although the neighborhood seems a little less desirable, this house is secluded in a beautiful setting. All the people we spoke to in Warrensburgh were nice and helpful. This house was truly the best one we have stayed in for a family vacation!
