Enjoyed this condo! Spacious and very clean. Met our needs and would recommend for a small family looking to avoid the crowds near ocean front. Conveniently located near all attractions close to Broadway on the Beach.

Wonderful stay
We spent four months in this clean, well equipped and spacious condo. The location was great ... close to shopping, golf, restaurants and a short drive to the Beach. Bill and Sabine were very gracious hosts and went above and beyond to anticipate and ensure that our needs and expectations were not only met, but exceeded.
We absolutely love the accommodations perfect for two people to just enjoy a weekend or even a week. nice, quiet pool areas, not many children so great to relax and enjoy.

Great location and home
Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of space and the home was very clean. I would suggest leaving a few more pods for the dish washer, placing a television in the second bedroom, and replacing the couches in the living area (they are at the end of their life span and are not comfortable to sit in). Again, we really enjoyed our stay!
Easy check-in. Property location surprisingly quite. Very clean area. Pool was very nice and clean. Budget friendly condo to stay. The thing I’d like to suggest is at least a couple days paid for beach parking or a golf cart. The cost of this added to our budget and cut down on our number visits to the beach. Overall, nice place to stay.
We were traveling to the area to attend a relative’s 80th birthday. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. My only negative is that I did not pay attention to all the details and failed to realize we had a 3rd floor walk up. We are 70+ but needless to say we made it through 😃.

This property was pretty and the communication with the property manager was great. However, the attention to detail regarding cleanliness and check in time accuracy was off. We observed cigarette ashes on the padio deck railing, hair on the bathroom floors & in the bed and a few dirty towels after checking in.

Everything was great with our unit. Very clean and lots of nice extras—coffee K-Cups, dish soap, hand soap, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Our son’s baseball team was staying at the condos in Magnolia Place for the Cal Ripken experience. It was great to be in the same area as the boys for team feeds, as well as to transport the boys to games and activities. The beach is a straight shot down 38th Street about 6 minutes. Close to everything—Broadway at the Beach, Sam’s Club, Target, Zaxby’s, & Cal Ripken Fields. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice area and close to the beach! We were able to check in a little earlier so that was nice! The property was very clean and looked like the pictures. The only downside was the dryer WOULD NOT dry our laundry no matter what setting we tried! Also, we intended on using the pull out sofa but it was missing multiple springs so it wasn’t usable.
On the other hand, it was a nice touch that there was plenty of useful items provided- bathroom items such as aloe, lotions, and body wash, as well as snacks, coffee & tea bags in the kitchen! I would stay here again
Very nice property conveniently located adjacent to Myrtlewood and Plantation Point courses. Well appointed interior. Property manager very responsive. We were missing sheets for the pull out and did not realize it till late in the evening. Local rep brought out a fresh set within 1/2 hour. Only drawback is it is third floor with no elevator. It is in the disclosures but I missed it!! Need someone in good shape to take the luggage up stairs!!!

Lots of Dog Hair and no linen
Arrived to a heavy dog smell, dog hair everywhere, furniture scattered, no bedding and limited towels. I was promised a proper cleaning and a partial refund. Neither happened. I did get a drop off of clean towels and someone made up the beds the next morning.

The dryer didn’t work. It was full of wet towels.
The Tv remote controls were not working properly. The pull out couch was in poor shape. One of the toilets didn’t work right. The pool is Ok. Everything else worked ok.

We enjoyed our 5-night stay in this super well-located accommodation. Both close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is well equipped (small problem with the Keurig coffee machine which was only used for a single cup of coffee). On the other hand, we see that the accommodation needs a large cleaning (floor, window, blinds, indoor/outdoor carpets, moldings, etc.). When we used the vacuum cleaner there was a really unpleasant smell !! The beds are unfortunately not comfortable especially that of the master bedroom (2 simple mattresses not very young and not compatible to be assembled). The bed base cracks as soon as we turn...
Otherwise communication and follow-up with the host was very professional and quick response!
I will start with the pros. The location was fantastic. The check in was easy and ready early. We were provided with starter dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels which was nice. The place was clean. The cons. Do not count on using the couch bed. It was broken when we got there but the manager came to fix it. The fix left the head of the bed at an angle. The mattress was really bad. We had to buy a foam pad at target to top the mattress so it was comfortable for a week stay. The master bed was bad. It made terrible creaks with each move. We both woke up every time one of us moved even slightly. The cleaning company doesn’t make the beds. They leave clean sheets on the bed to show you they’re clean but you have to make the bed. This was not enjoyable after a long travel day. We had to put sheets on all the beds. The towels were sparse. We had 2 large for the master and 4 large for the second bathroom. We had brought beach towels with us that we ended up using when us girls washed our hair. Other than that we appreciated the full kitchen, washer and dryer and amazing air conditioner. We were prepared for the third floor with no elevator so that wasn’t a problem for us. It is very close to Broadway on the Beach as well Top Golf and many other fun things to do. The location was perfect. We didn’t use the pool so we can’t review that.

-"We genuinely apologize for the condition of the pullout sofa during your stay. As soon as we received your call, we sent our maintenance team to assess the issue. It seems that some screws had become dislodged, possibly due to misuse. Our maintenance team promptly fixed the bed within thirty minutes, and it's now in good working condition.
-Regarding the linens for the beds, our cleaning company has a practice of minimizing handling to enhance sanitation and reduce the potential transmission of germs. We fully support this approach and hope our guests appreciate this precaution.
-In terms of towels, we typically provide a complete set, including bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for each guest on the reservation. However, it appears there was a discrepancy in the number of guests, as your reservation was for two adults and two children, but you arrived with three children. If the reservation had been made for five guests, we would have ensured an adequate supply of towels for everyone. We also keep some extra towels in the hall closet for such situations.
Our goal is always to provide our guests with the best experience, and while unforeseen issues can occur, we make every effort to address them swiftly. In this instance, we resolved the matter within an hour of being notified.
Thank you for staying with us, and we hope you had an enjoyable overall experience."
Highlights , what was good:
Check in process was good , they send an email with check in code, property manager reached out to see if everything met our needs (we did not arrive yet so I let her know we would update her once we reached)
Cons: immediately on arrival the 2nd bathroom toilet did not work and was running so our family was confined to 1 toilet. The manager told us it would be repaired but was never looked at during our stay. The patio deck did not have a working lock, the furniture has stains on it, the Linen closet has stains on it, the pull out couch did not have linens for it, the coffee maker did not have a base plate, any of the games we tried to play with the kids had missing pieces , only 1 of the 3 tvs had working remotes (one of the reasons for booking) and carpet and furniture has stains. There were supposed to be 2 key passes to the pool we only had 1. The dryer did not attach to a heating source so your clothes don’t dry (another reason I booked bc I wanted a washer and dryer ) if I had understood this I would not have washed our clothes , we had to leave with wet laundry in our suitcase.
Also the bedroom vent for air conditioning was closed so it made the temp in the bedroom warmer than the living area, it was in the ceiling so we were unable to reach . We were told they would arrange to bring a ladder in to help but it did not happen. By day 2 afternoon we stopped getting responses from the property manager. Also I don’t think the washer and dryer are up to code, they were connected via an orange extension cord. We ended our stay following of the check out following all instructions. I will be contacting the event management company to discuss all of the issues we encountered.

From the owners: "We are sorry for the inconveniences during your stay. The parts needed to repair the dryer had to be ordered and we then found out they wouldn't be available for a few days. Based upon that information we decided against a repair and have chosen to replace the dryer instead. Unfortunately we didn't have a solution to make the repairs or replacement in the time frame while you were at our home. The plumbing was taken care of.
