Welcome to our cozy warm cottage in downtown Orange!

Just renovated and within a short drive to everything the city has to offer you can relax in one of 3 x leather lounges, be entertained with two smart TV's.

Enjoy space with two separate living areas, plus there's a work desk in the main bedroom.

Get a good nights sleep on new queen beds, and prepare your meals in the new kitchen.

Outside, the home has a large private yard, secure (enclosed gate) carport parking, plus parking on the premises and free parking directly out front.
If you enjoy a coffee in the warm sun, there's a small private area just near the back door that is ideal.

If you are fussy about cleanliness, our property is professionally cleaned by us, we have been trained to maintain high quality cleaning standards.

You can rest assured this property will be sparkling clean, well-equipped, fresh and comfortable for your stay.

Bath towels, high quality linen, kitchen utensils and essential amenities are all supplied.

There is a split system aircon in the living area that is great for heating and cooling the whole home.

Near to CBD, Showgound, IGA Supermarket, Orange Art Gallery, Orange Civic Theatre, Council Chambers/ Orange Visitor Information Centre, Anytime Fitness Centre , Odeon Cinema and Groundstone Cafe (at the Visitors Centre) and many other coffee shops.

Byng Street Cafe, the Union Bank Bar and Restaurant, the Greenhouse of Orange, Duntryleague Golf Course, Orange Botanic Gardens, Orange Adventure Playground, Cook Park, Elephant Park and Orange Aquatic Centre are close as five minutes drive from the Cottage.

Seven minutes drive to Orange Health Services (Hospital).

Vineyards, Cellar Doors tastings, Lake Canobolas Reserve, Mount Canobolas and Pinnacle Lookout are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Cosy Cottage, Central Location

This was my home away from home as I moved interstate in early December. The host was fantastic and the property was very well maintained and had everything I needed while I waited for my belongings to arrive (which took just under 3 weeks). The location was central and safe. Everything was looked after by the host - this allowed me to start at my new job upon my arrival in Orange without worrying about anything. I sincerely appreciate the hospitality extended to me and recommend this beautiful place whole heartedly. Regards NB
