Good Choice

This hotel offers an excellent, economical alternative to the usual “full service” accommodation. While the room is small, all the basic amenities are there - clean, and looking brand new. Room service is by request, hence the savings. Certainly not an inconvenience for us.

Location,Location, Location!!!

The location of this property is in amazing! The Flatiron District is full of restaurants, shops and conveniences. I loved that it was next to EATALY!!!! One of my favorite places in New York! The only problem we encountered was the code to open our door upon arrival did not work. Fortunately, there was someone onsite to set up a new code and get us in our room. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The space is a little small for two but when only sleeping there, it will do. Would stay there again but consider getting a larger room.

Comfortable, spacious, perfectly located

This property is so well-located in Manhattan - close to MANY (all?) subway lines, great restaurants, grocery stores, everything. The room was larger than most NYC hotels, and the bed was super comfortable with six pillows. There was plenty of natural light in the space, an armchair, a desk, a full length mirror, and an ironing board and iron. There was plenty of clothing storage space in six drawers and a hanging rack. The bathroom was small but well-appointed with nice shower hardware, toiletries (Davines), good lighting, and a hair dryer. The stay could be improved by an automated message from the property manager upon check-in to establish communication and ask if there are any questions. Also, clearer indication of where some things are located within the room and on the property would be helpful. We couldn't find the towels, hair dryer, or iron immediately, and the light switches were confusing. Otherwise, I loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again (even with our children). It is so nice to walk into a hotel knowing exactly where you're going and how to get there without having to go through a check-in process. The property felt secure, and while located in a bustling part of town, it was quiet at night. Five stars.

Disappointed with my stay

They ran out of towels a couple days in a row, we were given no towels when we arrived. When we requested more they would only bring 2 at a time even if we requested more. Very poor communication when requesting more essentials. It was unacceptable and ruined our plans some days.
