Sonder apartment fantastic!

Location was fantastic- subway right next door which made getting around easy! Plenty of places to eat with in a short walk. Plenty of tourist attractions around the area - lots to see and do. We loved it

First time in New York

We had no idea what to expect when we got to New York City. Our flight had been delayed by 2 hours, so we got to our Sonder location after midnight. The door man seemed to be watching for us and came to open the door before we even got out of our taxi. Very helpful, especially since we were tired and overwhelmed! The Sonder app made it easy to communicate with staff any needs that we had. The mobile key to get in and out of the door was super helpful also! This location was close to many of the places we wanted to go and gave us easy access to the Subway. Every member of the staff that we communicated with was very kind and professional and responded to our needs in a timely manner.

A great experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment clean and well stocked. The only negative aspect is the lack of basic cable channels. This is a real disadvantage of the property.

Extremely clean, attractive and well stocked

Amenities galore, good food in all directions, parking garages at much better rates than midtown, juice bar across the street, Fulton St subway with easy access to many lines both into Brooklyn and uptown. Staff was super helpful. Definitely plan to return here!!
