This Residence can accommodate up to 8 guests, as follows; There is a grand master-king suite with generous en-suite bathroom & breathtaking ocean/pool views from its own private balcony. The second guestroom features a King guestroom with adjacent en suite bathroom with shared large balcony . The third guestroom suite has two queen beds with full freestanding soaking tub & bathroom and breathtaking views of the ocean from its private balcony.
Each room has it's own luxury bathroom, walk-in closet, and patio access. Guests of The Residences enjoy all the resort amenities including five luxury dining options, golf, tennis, spa, water park, and a variety of water sports equipment.

Beautiful residence with a prime location

The accommodations were amazing. A beautiful residence with a prime location within the resort! The resort was extremely busy for the holidays which distracted from beauty!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was well appointed, however not clean to the standards you would expect for a Ritz rental property. Floors were particularly dirty and upon first clean lots of debris (including fingernails) was removed. Shocking that daily housekeeping is not included given the price of the rental.
