This 5 bedroom / 2 large offices & 3.5 bath detached home with beautiful views of the 3 sisters and the entire Southerly range all the way to Banff is a rare find in Canmore.
It’s a short walk to downtown Canmore & easy access to walking/biking trails in the area.
The main level has an open concept living/dining room/kitchen with lots of storage. They also have south facing windows with a deck & offers loads of natural light /sunlight & incredible views of the entire southerly peaks.
The master bedroom has a spa like ensuite & walk in closet. 3 bedrooms out of the 5 have beautiful views of the southern range.
This home is ideal for work from home with 2 spacious studies overlooking the mountain ranges. After a day’s work enjoy a glass of wine in your living room or deck while watching the sunset beyond the peaks. Please note: the property has exterior camera’s and is under 24 x 7 surveillance.
All the bedrooms are fully furnished. Fully furnished Living room & 2 studies. No DAMAGE DEPOSIT is required if damage insurance is purchased. This Monthly rental is for residential use only in accordance with the Town of Canmore land use bylaw and are not Tourist homes. The renter acknowledges /confirms that they intend to use the rental dwelling for residential purposes and not as a tourist home as defined under Town of Canmore Land use bylaw section 13, subsection 7.5.7
"Tourist Home means a dwelling unit operated as a temporary place to stay, with or without compensation, and includes all vacation rentals of a dwelling unit. The characteristics that distinguish a Tourist Home from a dwelling unit used as a residence may include any of the following: a)Intent of the occupant to stay for a short term vacation purposes rather than as a residence: and/or b) the commercial nature of a Tourist Home.
