Opting for clean and uncluttered energy, you’ll find this property equipped with everything you may need for coffee connoisseurs, outdoor enthusiasts, and kiddos alike. One main floor connects all rooms in this charming condo. With three bedrooms and three baths, there is space and privacy to comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. Panoramic forest views surround this property, complete with a fully stocked kitchen with island (great for entertaining) master suite, guest room, and bunk bedroom, all whilst overlooking serene nature landscapes from both your outdoor patio and windows throughout the space.

Everything you may need to whip up a delicious meal is in the comfort of your own kitchen, equipped with all utensils, appliances, and necessary counter space. You’ll find it fully stocked with a blender, drip coffee maker and additional Keurig, microwave, toaster, and gas oven complete with stovetop. The island is perfectly positioned to give you a view of the whole living room. Prepare a delicious meal whilst keeping the family fun in the living room within your sights, flooded with natural light and complete with a comfy sectional sofa and TV for movie night.

Shift your mealtime to the spacious dining table which sits six to eight or take it onto patio to dine al fresco! Your patio is surrounded by lush nature in a serene and quiet setting to make for cozy, relaxed evenings outdoors. Take your morning coffee here to enjoy while planning your adventures.

- Bedroom #1 boasts a king-sized bed, storage, Tv, and connects to the bathroom which features a dual sink, stand in shower, as well as a luxurious bathtub with jets for your relaxation.
- Bedroom #2 is also equipped with its own King-sized bed and TV, connects to a bathroom with a stand in shower.
- Bedroom #3 is outfitted with two bunk beds for both fun and functionality. This room sleeps four kiddos (or adventurous adults). A Jack-n-Jill bathroom is attached.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- There is a stacked washer and dryer off of the kitchen for your convenience.
- Parking is available for two spaces directly in front of the building.
- Swimming pool on site is not assessable to guests. (Owner use only)
- Dock is not assessable to guests. (Owner use only)
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

The Majestic is a private community conveniently located near all that Branson has to offer. Enjoy exciting restaurants, shopping at the Branson Landing, one of the many golf courses, take the family for a day at the Aquarium at the Boardwalk, or simply splash the day away across the lake.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
