Enjoy family time at this very private cottage. As speed limits are in force along the river makes for a peaceful, quiet, relaxing stay. With much to do; explore the river in one of the non-motorized water crafts, relish in the good swimming as Burnt River is deep with a gentle current, take a day trip to close by beach, golf course or local town.
With a main cottage and 2 bunkies, it provides a variety of opportunities and fun for sleeping arrangements.
Great area for hiking, cycling or snowmobiling as the 85 km long Victoria Rail Trail is easily accessible along most sections of the Burnt River.

Very private with no immediate neighbours on either side
Waterfront and dock is not wheelchair accessible-about 45 stairs!

BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage for your use, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

Good swimming – some weeds present depending on the time of the year – water shoes recommended

Burnt River is great for fishing boats – maximum 10 HP (under 10 ft) with electric motors – cannot use gas powered motors as per local residents
Burnt River is great for paddle boarding, pedal boats, canoeing, kayaking
