Welcome to this recently remodeled mainland villa that is just minutes to the white sandy beaches of Indian Rocks! A minimum 30 day stay is required for this property! That's okay though, because you will never want to leave anyways!! This lovely property was recently fully updated and furnished. The beautiful WATERFRONT community and location cannot be beat either! Just moments to shopping, activities and an easy walk or bike ride for most, to the BEACH. Within Indian Springs Colony you have access to a large waterfront pool, gym, tennis courts and loads of walking paths that meander along the Intracoastal waterway. Once your inside you will be greeted by the bright, airy modern finishes the new owner has chosen! It truly feels like a little slice of Florida Sunshine!
