This pretty condo right on the beach at Rockaway Beach is perfect for a simple, small-family stay or a romantic getaway for those who want to walk just down the street to the ocean. Miles of quiet, level sandy beach is accessible from a path past the backyard, where you can walk to your heart’s content as you revel in crashing surf, ocean breezes and the sight of iconic offshore rocks.

You’ll climb stairs to this pretty one-bedroom, oceanfront condo located on a quiet street to a great room with a balcony overlooking the beach. Relax with the 50 inch TV and a fireplace in the living room (which includes a queen sofa sleeper for extra guests) and enjoy a meal indoors or out on the dining table on the spacious balcony.

You can walk to town to catch a ride on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railway along Tillamook Bay to Garibaldi and back, fish the local lakes and rivers, or just beachcomb to your heart’s content in Rockaway. Carshell’s Condo 2 also puts you within easy driving of golf, North Oregon Coast beach towns like Manzanita and Cannon Beach, and hiking galore. For ease, convenience and a touch of romance with the beach out your door, you may find Carshell’s Condo 2 the right spot for your next stay at the beach.

All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Stunning View

This condo was conveniently located right on the beach not too far from town. The management company was very responsive. Check in and check out was a breeze, and all the instructions were clear. The place could use a little sprucing up/modernizing, but overall it was a serviceable condo for the two of us.

Beautiful view but need internet and fan/air cond

This was a beautiful location ocean view (loved it). But no internet (stayed 3 days) as no router in the home… customer service said someone will come to fix next day. The night before we left someone called but it was too late and we were exploring the beaches so they couldn’t help. They didn’t even know about the router. Then it was 3 nights of sweat sleeping but thank God we brought a box fan. It should list in the description that we need our own fan or suffer with heat. It was sleepless night as it was really hot in mid August indoors. The home itself is amazing , clean and very scenic patio. If only they had internet and fan, I would give perfect score. I had to use mobile hotspot for work and that was very unpleasant. Thank you

Oceanfront view, but fell short

The view convinced us to rent this condo but from the difficultly in getting in (poorly marked lockboxes, lack of detailed directions) , to an inadequately stocked kitchen, greasy glass bowls and a previous renters moldy coffee grounds, I would encourage improvement in these areas. The place definitely needs an interior decorating refresh to move past the 80’s.
