Great place - exactly as described and perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room and thoughtfully laid out, more space than we were expecting. Beach was just steps away and pools on property were a constant allure for our kids. Loved the place and Tybee - everything so close and convenient with a truly laid back vibe. Staff were not intrusive at all, but super helpful and always available if needed. Highly, highly recommend.

The condo was very clean and fully stocked kitchen. All we had to do was buy food at the market and we were set! The couch is cozy for relaxing! The view of the pool/restaurant and ocean was great! The Deck restaurant on the property was awesome with outside seating available. My grown kids and I had a great time staying here for Mothers Day!! I’d definitely goAgain!! Nice clean condo on the beach. What more could you ask for??

We loved Tybee Island and staying her at the resort. It was very convenient to the pool and also the beach. Everything was easily accessible, including the restraunt and bar that was available pool side or on the deck, beach side. The beds were comfortable as well as the large sofa with chaise. We would definitely recommend this rental and condo and would stay here again.

Great winter get away

We had a lovely time at this property. It was a clean dog friendly condo with a great view from the balcony as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked for meals in. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. We would definitely return and recommend.

Very satisfied with our accommodations in unit Vue 223. The unit was well equipped and clean. Beach Colony Resort had everything we needed including a great restaurant and bar, nice pool and easy beach access. We’re already thinking about our return.

Great Location

The property was plenty big for four adults. Updated and well laid out. Would definitely and/or/return. The only negative was the floors were swept, just not real clean.
