Farm Mariana 3 - Heated pool, party room, football field

The Farm Mariana 3 is easily accessible on asphalt with great leisure area.

It offers heated adult pool and a children 5x10mts, with chairs and tables with umbrellas and grass soccer field.

Wide area with barbecue, freezer, stove, large wooden table and stools, pool table.

At home we have 04 large rooms with TV room with SKY, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker and utensils.

For only family we are able to lower rent nightly 25 people and 80 people event.

To camps accommodate up to 60-70 people for overnight. We have space for worship hall and cafeteria.

IMPORTANT:
Light and water bills included in price, as well as pool cleaning services;

Cleaning fee is charged if the tenant does not deliver the clean farm in order.

We do not offer bed linen and bath. Personal hygiene and cleaning products such as detergent, disinfectant.

For realization of reserve required deposit of 50% and signing the Rental Agreement for Season + copy of ID and CPF.

Children from 2 years are counted as adult.
