Great house

Plenty of room for 5 adults all staying in our own sleeping area. We walked to convention center every day. Pros Large living room 2 separate patio areas Clean Grocery store 2 minutes away Plenty of houseware and cooking Plenty of paper towels and trash bags Little things to know No microwave Garbage disposal wasn’t connected yet

Philadelphia convention

Property is located close to the convention center as well as hotels that hold smaller conventions. With the property being located on the edge of China Town, plenty of variety in restaurant choices as well as just a block away from the Reading Terminal Market for grabbing items for the room. The only issue is that the back bedroom can be cooler in the winter due to its size and the setup of the heating.

Great location, property needs closer management

The location of the property itself is great and the unit has potential, but it needs to be closer managed. I called the management company the day after I checked in to alert them that the HVAC system was encountering issues and was really loud. Loud enough that it could be heard through earplugs in the bedrooms. They let me know that a maintenance person would be out that afternoon, but no one ever showed up so we endured the loud noise while trying to sleep each of the following nights. The interior of the unit had a number of other minor issues such as cleanliness of the bedroom floors and both toilet paper holders were detached from the wall upon arrival. These items could have been easily caught and taken care of if a walkthrough of the property occurred prior to arrival. The morning we went to leave the property we were bagging up a few of items from the counter and found that a mouse had chewed through 2 bags of unopened chips and a bag of unopened cookies. There was also mouse droppings on the counter and then in the cabinet where the trash was located. Would not recommend staying in this unit until issues have been permanently addressed.

Nice place!

We travel a lot and always rent homes/apartments/condos. This by far has been the nicest and cleanest ones we have been to. It is located in middle of Chinatown so it is very busy all day/night. Very well kept building.
