Great location

The location was perfect, close to public transport, Reading Terminal, and Chinatown. Neighborhood was a little loud during the wee hours, so keep the light sleepers away from the windows. Overall, great stay!

Exellent location, some small issues

Awesome location for the conference centre. Comfortable home from home. Cleanliness is just ok, barely passable. Some maintenance issues that let the property down, clearly not managed well from a general upkeep perspective. Things like a loose toilet seat, damaged door knob leading to the balcony, en suite door unable to close. If these small bits were fixed, it would be a 5 star review. I would stay again if visiting Philly.

Great property and great location for the convention centre. Cleanliness and maintenance let it down badly. Nothing major, just the cleaning standards are pretty poor and small maintenance things like loose toilet seat and broken handle leading to the balcony. If these things were improved, I would give a 5 star rating.

Great Location

We were in Philadelphia for the Army Navy game and this unit was close to everything and very nice. The only issue is clarification on the hot water in the shower. The hot and cold are reversed which led one of us to a “colder” shower on the first morning
