Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

the second day of our stay MICE appeared ate the food, droppings everywhere, GROSS!!! we advised host and left due to totally unsanitary conditions we requested full refund for the 2 nights; a month later we are still waiting, unacceptable, unsanitary conditions; total lack of care and consideration for us the CUSTOMER!!!
