Relaxing and comfortable. Great view of nature. Sharon was very caring and professional. We would recommend to others to stay there in the future. We would stay there again.
Good peaceful location. We were able to go to Pigeon forge. Knoxville and Chattanooga. Also went to some near by attractions that were suggested by the host.
Just wanted to get out of the hustle bustle and enjoy a quiet and relaxing weekend, this place was perfect! Will definitely be back.

Miss the red cottage already!
Cute and cozy home away from home. Gracie the golden retriever enjoyed the fenced yard. Enjoyed the sunsets and the front porch. A+ host, quick to respond and very helpful.
Sweet CLEAN little tiny cottage, perfect for a couple with 2 dogs! Has a fenced in area in the back and we could not have been happier there! Sharon is quick to respond to any concerns we had and were very thankful for all that she did to make sure that we were comfortable in this rental. We WILL be staying again!
The cottage was beautiful and well stocked and organized. Great trip! Loved that front porch to sit out to eat. The fenced back yard was great for our golden retriever puppy. I loved the sunsets from the back deck. Peaceful is a great way to sum it up. Sharon is a A+ host and very helpful! Highly recommend.
Quaint tiny house with a fenced in yard. EVERYTHING you could possibly need right at your fingertips. No WiFi but cell reception was good at the cottage so we didn't even miss it. We used the cottage during the 18th Annual Rat Terrier Jamboree. It is held at the KOA campground about 5 miles from the cottage. This was a good location and much better than staying at the local motels. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again next year
This turned out to be the perfect choice for my wife and I and our Aussie-doodle, (Toula). Toula became a "farm" dog on the visit, enjoying the large fenced in yard and the nearby dogs and goats that came to visit. We could hardly get her to come in. She wanted to be out the whole time. My wife and I enjoyed the quiet and extremely clean home that offered everything we needed. Sharon, the property manager, was wonderful to work with and very helpful with suggestions for nearby restaurants and other attractions. Certainly we will book again when we are in the area again- hopefully soon!
This neighborhood was great. Out in the rural country of TN you have a hodge podge mix. But that is proof of true land freedom and I like it.
The neighbors have a beautiful highland bull which we fed apples and the dogs loved the use of the fenced in backyard.
We would stay here again.
The only thing the place needs is pavers off the back deck because of the red dirt that gets dragged in easily and a waterhog driftwood colored mat at the back entrance for the dogs. I would bring a few towels of your own to wipe their feet.
There is also a cute lab mix with short legs who visits and flirts with the female dogs. He's part Welsh I think because of the squatty legs. But looks English lab in the face.

From the owner: "Thank you, Candice, for the pavers suggestion! We are happy to report that new paving stones have been added. We have also added a new doormat at the back door and black & brown towels. You can use the kitchen sink for the doggy feet! Tucker says 'thanks' for thinking he is 'cute and flirty'. He is now a famous 'camp dog', as well!"
This cabin was a great home-base for our exploration of the surrounding areas. Very cute and lots of kitchen tools to easily make meals “at home”.
I do wish there had been someone to give a quick walk-through to point out important things to know about, like there’s a switch for heat in the bathroom. We figured it out the third day. Oh well. Still overall very nice. Enjoyed basking in the afternoon sun on the back deck.

From the owner: "Nicole, thank you so much for your suggestion. And thank you for the five-star review, we hope you will come again. Since we have a list of contactless check-in and check-out, I labeled every light, fan, and heater switches for easier orientation. Again, thanks for the suggestion of the walk-through, and I will be more than happy to meet anyone to do that from now on. Blessings!".
My Husband and I brought our dog with us for a weekend away from the hussle and bustle of a busy city life, and that's exactly what we found here! The cottage is adorable, clean, and the owners are so kind and attentive. They even left snacks out for our dog. Absolutely 5 out of 5 on this one!!!
This cottage is adorable! We came up for the weekend and we were so impressed by the special touches that make this little Red Cottage unique. It was pure tranquility...the surrounding views are beautiful and peaceful...the sunrise and sunset views are astounding. Communication was wonderful and Sharon's directions made it so easy to find. If you forget shampoo, lotion, etc, she has wonderful stuff to use during your visit and you definitely feel welcome when you arrive! We will definitely be back! :)
I've traveled extensively and I am very picky. This cottage is close to perfection. It's new, and you can tell how much thought and care has went Into choosing every detail. The cabinets, the floors, the furniture and even the metal rockers on the front porch are delightful. It has everything you could possibly need.. The bed was a perfect size or me and super comfortable.
The couch was also very large and a comfy place to watch TV. I enjoyed reading on the covered front porch and there was always a nice breeze.. At night, you have to take one of the folding chairs out on the back deck and watch the sunset, and at night look up at the stars over the back pasture fields. It is absolutely beautiful.
This little cottage was very nice, clean and comfy. We came when it rained alot so if you have any pets bring old towels. Red clay is awful. The owner was super sweet and always answered texted. We would definitely visit again. The old trailer beside it would be nice if it got pulled out. I think she is waiting on contractors to do that. A bonus to this house is that she has a fenced yard.
