Point View Lodge 2 is a spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom unit, located across from beautiful Bilinga Beach.

The ground floor unit has been recently updated with a brand new kitchen, new flooring and new furnishings to offer a fresh and relaxing ambiance.

The unit features 2 bedrooms – spacious master bedroom with king bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds.

The loungeroom is very spacious and comfortably furnished, offering smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi and a dining area for 6.
Cooking is easy in the modern kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of bench space looking out to the ocean.

Step outside to enjoy meals on the beachfront balcony offering lovely ocean glimpses and breezes. There's also a huge terrace patio which can be accessed from the loungeroom and master bedroom and offers heaps of room to play and relax outside!

The large bathroom features walk in shower plus separate toilet and there is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Point View Lodge is a well-maintained building with secure underground parking for 1 car. It is ideally located opposite a quiet and peaceful part of Bilinga beach and only 250m to the patrolled section.

* Please note there are a few steps from the building door to the unit front door *

Keys are to be collected and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta

Linen - Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost, we will provide details once your booking is confirmed.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

i loved the location, lovely walk to Kirra, Cooly, Point Danger, Beautiful . Sound of beach across the rd with lovely breeze at night. However, the main front door , residents slam it , so constantly noisy. Not the agents fault, but as they cannot do anything about it, its extremely frustrating to hear that for 15 days/ nights. also you have to pick up the keys from Coolangatta, i flew in at 10pm so by the time i got uber to real estate and then back to unit it was 90 min later. The welcome pack also could have been left inside the unit, no sure what would have been in there, but some toilet cleaner and soap would have been handy, No linen also inconventient considering the price of the place, look, loved the location, but place is dated, no air con, noisy and you have to bring a lot of stuff, like dishwashing tablets, - they gave me 5!!
