i loved the location, lovely walk to Kirra, Cooly, Point Danger, Beautiful . Sound of beach across the rd with lovely breeze at night.
However, the main front door , residents slam it , so constantly noisy. Not the agents fault, but as they cannot do anything about it, its extremely frustrating to hear that for 15 days/ nights. also you have to pick up the keys from Coolangatta, i flew in at 10pm so by the time i got uber to real estate and then back to unit it was 90 min later. The welcome pack also could have been left inside the unit, no sure what would have been in there, but some toilet cleaner and soap would have been handy, No linen also inconventient considering the price of the place, look, loved the location, but place is dated, no air con, noisy and you have to bring a lot of stuff, like dishwashing tablets, - they gave me 5!!
