Property was as described. Clean rooms. Parking was easy without any issues. Kitchen was well equipped. Host was very helpful in assisting with local recommendations. Overall we had a great time at this place.

Awesome!!!

Location A, parking A. The condo suited our needs. Close to restaurants, nightlife and bio tour. We drove to Cabo Rojo Beach, hung out at boquerón and came back with enough time to La Parguera to refresh and enjoy dinner and live music. I highly recommend this place for families.

Nice place for a family to stay

The apartment was very nice. It has everything you would need if you wanted to cook a meal at home. If you leave any food out ants do come rather quickly which was the only part I did not like.

Great location

Pros- Very comfortable, good location walking distance to downtown area. Cons- we stayed Mon-Thursday and nothing was open including stores and restaurants. No spices if you wanted to cook something and no hot water. If you want to watch tv you have to stream.

Great location

My family of four (2 adult children) enjoyed our stay at Villa Amill. The location was great! Easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Apartment was spacious, and 2 bathrooms was nice! Beds were comfy! Floors were a bit dusty, but everything else was clean. One of the sliding glass doors didn't lock, but I think that will be repaired quickly. AC was good! Chickens in the area wake up early, but we had an early fishing trip, so not much of an issue for us.

Vacation

The property was closed to the poblado, which means closed to downtown. Every day the town closes one street which is were everyone hangs out. There is restaurants, bars, and little stores that you can buy souvenirs. The only downside is that you can hear the water but no visible for a beach. Have to drive 15 or 25 minutes to the closest beach. Overall it was fun!

Great location

Nice property, great location close to all. The unit was not thoroughly cleaned, living room TV stand coated in dust. An ant situation around the AC units and in kitchen required spray, it would have been nice to have on hand. The pool was not well maintained, leaves could not be skimmed because all skimmers on the property were broken. Overall great stay, will consider again as we return to the island twice a year.

The apartment not as truly described. Furniture material to sit was dirty. Coffee maker did not function last day of stay. Floor not totally cleaned, had little bits of grit texture. Had an issue with the neighbor regarding parking. Slots not identified. Could have been a nicer approach. Need to update few housewares,

Since your stay, all the issues mentioned have been addressed. The furniture has been thoroughly cleaned, the coffee maker has been replaced, and the apartment received a detailed floor cleaning to ensure proper standards. Regarding parking, unfortunately on the day of your stay the administration replaced the parking stoppers, but the numbering had not yet been installed, which caused confusion. This has now been fully resolved the parking spaces are clearly numbered with brand-new stoppers in place. Additionally, we are in the process of updating and replacing housewares to enhance comfort and overall guest experience. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better stay in the future.
