About this property

Executive style, lakefront 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa with single garage and off-street car park, an easy 5-min flat stroll to the town centre along the picturesque shores of Lake Wakatipu.

The space
The master bedroom boasts an en-suite with bath and heated flooring, lake views, plush superking bed, and it's own balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes.

With space for 2 cars (one in the garage and one off-street) leave the car behind and walk into town to grab your morning coffee or visit one of the many incredible restaurants Queenstown has to offer.

Free unlimited wifi as well as Sky TV and chrome cast so you can cast streaming services from your devices . A full end-of-stay check out clean is provided along with all linen needed for your stay.

In the winter months snuggle up in the lounge in front of the roaring gas fire, additionally, a heat-pump has been installed to provide extra warmth, along with cosy heated tiles in both bathrooms and the kitchen to keep your toes toasty.

There is a full-sized kitchen if you wish to cook/entertain, plus a laundry (washing machine & dryer) on site.

Breathtaking location!

A beautiful spot, right opposite the lake. Stunning views and so convenient to walk into town to restaurants and activities. Very comfortable accommodation with everything we needed.

Very comfortable

We had a wonderful stay. SUPER comfy beds, really beautiful space. Nice and local to town, a short walk to all bars, activities, restaurants. Lovely view, I would Wake up and open the curtains to see the beautiful mountains. Great communication with owner. We will be back to stay and would highly recommend.

Great Location and Great House

We wanted to be near Queenstown but not right in the middle of all action so we opted for this excellent house owned by Gemma down a ways from downtown byut across the street from the waterfront. She was easy to communicate with, the house is wonderful, the beds were comfortable, and the location is excellent and convenient, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Lake and Mountain View was breathtaking.

Fabulous location and well appointed. Clean and felt immediately like home. We had no need to hire a car. Simply 5 min walk to town for restaurants, Skyline and many other activities
