Lovely retreat

Perfect retreat! Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. Sunsets were amazing and spent mornings and evenings outside. Lots of plants and wildlife to enjoy. Host was super easy to reach and responsive!

Renter beware!!

If you like to live out of your suitcase ! This place is for you. Two bedrooms have a bed and closet to hang clothes. No place to put other clothes. Only the Master has a dresser Pantry is locked with owner items. So no place to put groceries , other than counter in the kitchen. Ice maker broken - reported to management and not fixed during our 8 night stay. Front bedroom window faces the street. Window covering broken. Also reported to management and never fixed The management company was horrible to deal with. Lots of promises and no action We often rent houses. Never had such a bad experience as this! Would not recommend this property. We did have tools with us, so we were able to fix several items ourselves.

Family Vacation

The property fit all of us very comfortably as there were enough beds for all. The pool and outdoors were nice. A little unkept as the pool was cleaned mid-week (not before we got there) and the plantscape needed a good cleanup. Having said that, there are several different fruit trees/plants that had some beautiful fruit growing. The kayaks, pool table and fooseball were great fun! The house detailed that supplies weren’t included and that was fine. However there were some kitchen items that should be included such as a blender, measuring cups and a working toaster. With no welcome tour the remotes to the outdoor tv and garage tv were never found. The lights around the pool never worked. The air conditioner kept going back to 85 every night. So we awoke to a very warm house. Called management twice with issues and a ticket was put in but no one showed up during the 10 days we were there. Although there were little things here and there the location and comfort of the place was very nice and the activities were quite fun. The home is located near food shopping and some restaurants as well as cute little shops over on Matlache. Overall a good time.

Not great time

We stayed in your home from Dec 26 - Jan 1. We were very surprised at the condition of the home and the fact that it was not as advertised. The inside of the home was filthy. It was apparent that the home had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The tables, bedrooms and counters were covered in dust. There were swarms of ants under the rug and on the counters. In almost every corner of the house, there were spiders. There is no vacuum to clean and the broom itself is filthy. When we contacted the property manager for a vacuum, we were told they’d be in touch the next day and they didn’t contact us again. We were told that the pool net would be repaired and the yard would be cleaned. Neither were done. Half the net was torn/missing. There was a rotting plant in one corner and a red ants nest under another. The pool itself was dirty on the bottom. We used the grill for one meal and were then out of gas. There were glass lights littering the pool area and lose wires. We spent a lot of money to stay at this home and it was a Christmas gift to our parents. We are so disappointed with our experience. We would appreciate it if you could please consider our complaint and appropriately compensate us for our horrible experience.
