Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, easy beach access, quiet surroundings, and thoughtful features such as the spacious beds and sound insulation. It’s wonderful to know those aspects helped make your stay enjoyable. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that the cleanliness of the floors and couch did not meet expectations. The condition you described is certainly not the standard we strive to provide, and we understand your concern, especially with a crawling grandchild. We have shared these comments with our housekeeping team and will be addressing them directly. We also appreciate you bringing the dryer, ceiling fan, and balcony maintenance issue to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us identify items that need immediate attention and prioritize improvements for future guests. Thank you again for your honest and constructive comments. We’re grateful that despite these issues, you would consider staying with us again. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience on your next visit.
