Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. As you walk through the entryway, the laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing board is on your left. Immediately to your right is the first bedroom featuring a queen bed. Next is a full bathroom complete with a tub and shower combo. Next you'll enter the main first floor living area of this fantastic home with its magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows, spectacular views and tons of natural light. The well equipped kitchen overlooks the living room and dining room with a large dining table - perfect for dinner with a view! There is plenty of room for family and friends with amenities galore. A gas stove is standing by to warm you up after a day of adventure and there is access to the massive deck featuring outdoor seating, fire pit and bbq grill with unbeatable views of the San Juan Mountains or star gazing on a clear night. Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, large walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. Downstairs opens to a cozy entertainment room and double bunk beds for the kiddos. There is also a second gas stove, plenty of seating, game room with classic arcade games, foosball and air hockey, another large Smart TV, mini fridge and access to the lower deck and private hot tub for ultimate relaxation. To the right of the foosball/air hockey room is another bathroom with a walk-in shower.
