The townhouse was just what we needed! Access to the beach was awesome and the pools were a fun place when the ocean was rough. The owners were kind and answered all our questions. You literally just need clothes and food you like everything else is there for you to use. The decor was very beachy and they even have an outdoor grill. We had such a good time we will be back!

We loved the location and the amenities, however, I was told that parking would only be 20$ and sent promo codes, but parking turned out to be 47$ per vehicle which drastically cut into our budget for the weekend. Also, the website said there would be laundry detergent but there was not. There was also only one extra trash bag and the oven mitts were stashed under the kitchen sink so we did not locate those until the morning we were leaving.

Cute two story townhome in a great location. walking distance to beach, and Walmart, Winn Dixie and restaurants all within minutes drive. The community is great, pool is nice and easily accessible. The temperature between the first and second floor does vary to where as soon as you go up the stairs it feels warm, but it's manageable. the rooms have ceiling fans which help a lot . I loved the balcony in the larger bedroom . Only downfall was that the text I received right before check in had extra instructions on what is expected upon check out, which the initial email requests that the dishwasher gets ran, but the last minute text asks that you to also put the dishes up before you leave. I understand leaving some sort of order in the place, but I'm there on vacation, the last thing I want to do to close out my vacay is a chore ; they also ask you to bag all your trash and find the dumpster. Would highly recommend your cleaning crew does this, as it does put a little damper of stress to close out the visit . Other wise all else was great !!!

Fun Beach Location

Excellent location to beach activities. Unit was very well equipped and comfortable for 8 people. Private upper balcony was a perfect place to have a cocktail and unwind from the day. We will stay again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Cute little beach house with close access to the beach.

The house was very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay and will book again. The owners were very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway that has good amenities The pools on the property were nice too!
