Nice older home

Older home that has been updated. We where very happy with the cleanliness of the property. Just remember it’s a old house and things aren’t perfect. Character. Road is busy out front but very near downtown. Overall a good value and where it matters, they excelled.

Great location and clean

Convenient location small town Clayton is adorable. Close to Raleigh and Chapel Hill(UNC). House was newly remodeled and clean. Very Cute

LOUD TRAFFIC AND BUSY STREET

Extremely busy intersection without a fenced in backyard, which is assumed based on the pictures of the yard. Highly disappointing for my young children. Roaches and spiders found alive and roaming. Grass was not cut prior to our stay and is probably 6-7 inches tall, that you have to walk through to get to the front door. There is no walkway. Beautiful remodel, but definitely would not stay again bc it did not fit our needs and the advertisement was misleading .
